Burger King, North Port FL

Wow such a nice change, we haven't been into BK in a super long time but had a craving for a whopper, our daughter was tired of colvers and BK always had a fine burger and still does, the food was spot on fresh and delicious, the service was great and Dante did more than just take our order, he truly enjoyed himself it seemed. We will be back. Oh if only the playground was open again.

Can't wait for this place to go fully automated so I can get my mustard and ketchup on the burger instead of on the outside of the bun. I could post this for every BK or McD's. Prices are outrageous too, not just here.

Drive thru lady seemed put out during order and forgot half my order which I didn't notice until I got home. What I did receive was all mush. Worst experience ever and my first rating ever!

I was told directly by a manager that they would not serve me dinner because it was an hour before they closed.

Lobby was closed, was on foot, stood in drive thru only to be told that they didn't serve people that couldn't afford cars. (I just lost everything due to recent weather events)
You would think in times like these, the community would unite but apparently Burger King could care less about the community, or at least the people without a vehicle at the moment.

Ordered a whopper Xtra onion. No onion. Amber rudely told me she couldn't take it back with no explanation. I again said I would like onion which she said she could make a new one. While I was checking it she asked me to leave so she could get to the next customer. I told her I was checking my sandwich and said to her she needed to explain to me why she couldn't take the sandwich back without being so rude. Again, she asked me to move so she could get to her next customer. Wow, she needs an attitude adjustment or a new job. Again, her name is Amber!

Manager did offer to get us new drinks after we told her we saw she pulled her ponytail on top of head through her hands three times, then grabbed our glasses to fill.

They need to change your oil just spent 35 dollar's for 3 meals and we all got sick thanks

I ordered two big king meals, one Jr Whopper meal and chicken fry meal. The two big king meals rang up twelve dollars even tho the menu said ten. The girl gave me a fish sandwich instead of a big king meal. She would not make it right. We also ended up with a plain cheese burger instead of a Jr Whopper burger. They wouldn't make it right and we will not be back to this BK

Awful wait time, literally only helping one person at a time, seems to not care about service or fresh food

They need new employees ones that want to work. They are trying but the people there just don't care. It's not management it's the employees. They chose to do this work its not the best work nor pay. Its a living It's work I once worked fast food an it was not fun unless you make it fun. Help them please

Very dirty, tables, chairs and bathroom. Also one employee was cursing in his conversation with another.

Owner employs ONLY black people here.
None of the employees care and they intentionally mess up your order so you wont come back. Less work they have to do.
