The staff here is way to nice to be burger King employees! Above and beyond service but more importantly actually nice people

Poor customer service. An employee cursed out a patron for horrible service. Would not recommend this establishment to ANYONE!

Tell me why I walk in and before I order just started started walking towards the bathroom and lady with red shirt starts screaming hi how r u at me as I’m walking towards the door and I’m not hi she like are u not going to say hi back im not do I know u why are u speaking to me in that time she’s like r u not going say hi back say hi back. As I continued walking towards the bathroom door and try to open it she says see that’s why u should of said hi because u need me to open the door so at this point I’m so nervous that I start to open the door but because I’m not paying attention I was opening the females bathroom and she is watching me this whole time when she says are u a female or a male being super rude and in a Sarcastic tone. Finally let’s me in the bathroom and completely ignores me when I asked her 3 times who was the manager she finally said im the manager. Burger King u need to do better then this this was the worse restaurant experience and humiliating experience I’ve ever had.

Fast service great employees clean.parking lot was nice clean the restaurant drive thru is been upgrade an they still got out fast I also use restroom was clean

This is the worst location and should be shut down
They continue to go down over the years and seems like it will get no better. I called corporate a few times but seems like to deaf ears

After being told I couldn’t order at the Burger King at 1701 south Federal Highway due to “shift change” at 10: 00 pm on 06/10/2022 I drove to 666 West Broward Blvd. When I arrived at the drive through at 10: 25pm. I stopped in front of the speaker to order. After no one said anything after a minute, I said hello but no one answered so I drove forward. When I arrived at the window and gave the attendant a coupon she said she couldn’t take it and that I should have told her the number back at the speaker. Total disregard at both restaurants! My family and I went straight to McDonald’s.

Horrible staff cant get simple order right cheeseburger plain i mean really. In 10 years they never have shake machine working. Every staff member rude and disrespectful.

By far the nicest Burger King I have ever entered very clean inside, outstanding customer service the kind lady working the register right now is extremely nice and helpful you all are lucky to have her. As if that wasn’t good enough the food was better and fresher than any food I’ve gotten from any other Burger King I normally don’t write reviews and even more so positive ones. It will be hard for me to go to any other burger until they are all to the same standard as this location Los olas in ft lauderdale 10/10 recommend

Waited at the drive through window for over 10 mins none even said a word on the microphone. Building is dirty and parking lot is dirty. This was at 5 o’clock on Monday the 9th. Employees were walking around the parking lot watching me wait with no service. I left

Staff doesn’t care about the customers or getting orders right.
The food as poorly slapped together, and you’re lucky if you get what you order.

Not up to BK standard.

The cashier's here were nice and sociable with me. One of the workers were doing what he was doing to chat and try to get my phone number. I am not going to give anyone my phone number just because you give me a free cup for a drink. Sorry not sorry

Been stopping here for a long time through the years the last several months I've gotten four wrong orders through the drive-through I would suggest not bothering there's no such thing as convenience if you have to go back and correct it

Took a long time to get food that was supposed to already been ready because I ordered online. Also, there are vagrants sleeping all around the building (I went at night).

I only ordered a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee. Waiting in line and you pull up to the window grab your order and go. One would imagine that everything is in a bag until it's too late and there's no coffee. You have to turn around go back and wait in line and I'm on my way to work. Nice going BK

Went to this BK for breakfast Chris was my cashier for the drive thru he was really professional very quick and polite I stopped going to that particular BK back in 2010 due to poor customer service but Tan and Chris were running the store very very well

Very inexpensive lunch for my husband & I, Super fresh food. The drive yhru attendant was so nice. Def reccomend. Cant go wrong with BK.

This is the SLOWEST Burger King in history. We came here for an UberEats Delivery and my goodness it took 2 orbits around the moon then a trip to the sun and back for the line to move. Hopefully they get better staffed or something to help pick up the speed at this location because it's TRASH
