Burger King, Tampa FL

Takes 10+ minutes to make a PLANE chicken Jr sandwich. Wasn’t even made correctly the 1st time. So I went back in and told them about it. They made another one and yet they tried to scrape off the mayo and lettuce. TERRIBLE service! And yet they want $15 an hour! GO GET A REAL JOB. Please shut down the chain links of Burger King. Wish I could give a NEGATIVE 5 stars!

Filthy restrooms, only one working toilet and the stall was disgusting. I can't imagine how filthy the kitchen may be.

Service through the drive thru is slow. I tried the ghost pepper chicken nuggets, I wasn't overly impressed with them. The rest of my order was on point.

Drive thru order taker not friendly and in a super rush to take order expects you’re done after 1 combo. Cashier was great though.

Worst customer service ever! I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one would say a word. I went around the corner and the guy standing at the register looked at me like I was crazy. Even after I tried to get his attention he wouldn't help me or give me food

Food was fresh, hot & tasty.
The woman working the drive thru and running the restaurant, deserves A+ for her hard work and keeping things flowing.

I tried to redeem a code from the app but they said they don't have the code although I showed them the app and the code and I redeemed it in front of them, they still said no.
The 2 stars is for the tall young man with glasses, he is really nice and helpful.

The best burger in town. This is my favorite hangout when I'm craving for a burger. Very affordable and tasty burger.

This place sucks. Slow at the drive thru. Takes them forever to answer the microphone. 1 car in line takes 14 minutes to make a order and leave. You might as well save the time and go across the street to McDonalds. They are quick at least and that food is hot over there. Lisa is not friendly and the food is cold half of the time. Last time I stop by here

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. They are great at brining their F game both pre-pandemic and during the pandemic. If you are interested in waiting 20 minutes for a fast food meal, this is the place for you.

Complete disaster!

Took almost 20 minutes to get order taken in "SINGLE CAR" drive through-maybe HIRE MORE $14 HOUR CLOWNS?
Then staff was short, rude, on top of S L O W.
Finally got my order.had to ask 2x for receipt!
And then the fries were cold.not lukewarm. COLD!
This BK the opposite of BK on Van Dyke; do yourself a favor.drive the extra 2 miles or so to get cheerful professional service!

And HOT FRIES!

They had an issue on the inside which caused me to wait in the drive-through for several minutes after being told I could go ahead and order after getting no response I move forward in line and wait to politely for the two people in front of me to leave and I went to the window and asked for a manager so that I could go ahead with my order when they intercom wasn’t working at this time to more people pulled up behind me and she rudely told me that I would have to get back in line with my two kids waiting in the car at this one time I had been in the drive-through for 12 minutes already I wanted nothing but a pack of chicken nuggets and fries and would’ve been out of the way very quickly and instead she chose to make a very big problem to talk over me to be disrespectful and close the window in my face without helping me will not be returning to this location and will also be calling corporate poor system customer service. And apparently she is the manager smh so disappointed.

Always a 10-15 minute wait & I have never, not even 1x been able to get a milkshake here. The machine is forever “down”. This is why there’s hardly any burger kings left in Tampa

This place is trash. Slow as he'll. Always ring in my breakfast order wrong. Just got skipped in line by cars that came after me. Waiting 15 minutes for the first car to show up to get their food. This is ridiculous

If I could leave no star, I would. I've been there twice at 10pm and they dont answerand just wait for you to get tired of waiting and leave so they dont have to work. Y'all need to do better.

The slowest fast food place i have ever been to i came the over a year ago i waited for 30 min b3fore i finally drove away i tried 2 more times same thing and right now im sitting here.for 20 min boxed in i cant even escape.i will never come here again and i advise you to stay away unless you have an hour to kill

I’ve visited this Burger King on bears an Florida I don’t really like Burger King food but now I will start going back just because the customer service I received today I would like to give five stars to Jared he should be recognized he was the one who took my order this morning I have not heard or seen of Great customer service like this in years keep that positive attitude Jared You made my day!

The morning manager was rude my food was basically torn up in half and all I had was French toast worst won't recommend
