Burger King, New Port Richey FL

Worst customer service EVER. I have had 2 men drive thru workers that have been the ONLY kind, and true customer service oriented employees that actually have amazing smiles and we’re inviting with the kindness on their approach to their positions working for this location. I have come to experience that all the women beginning with the manager Elena on down Have by far, the most entitled attitudes. Elena needs to be fired and replaced with someone who truly understands customer service. I don’t agree that customers are always right and can understand the frustrations on the employees end but she is 1,000,000% not a leader she does not lead by example, and the only example she leads by is by hate and leading her crew down the wrong road for failure. When you are in customer service you ALL are the first person the customer encounters and all you women workers at this location think that you all are doing us customers a service by waiting on us. Well, you are not. You will get less and less business because of these negative behaviors that are unacceptable. Elena’s daughter Also works at this location and I’m sure the only reason is because mom is the manager. Shame on you women that apparently know better but CHOOSE to not do better. I hope that when you all get fired you know exactly why and or can and will turn around that hateful, ENTITLED attitude. Remember, it’s a true blessing to have a job these days. So sad to see so many jobless individuals that give great customer service not being chosen over someone that thinks it’s their right to have that position. I will never return to this location again and will tell as many people I can not to either. Eventually your owner/owners will get the message when business truly declines. Also you all need to clean the interior because I wouldn’t feed a human in that dirty filthy store ever.

It's always bad after 2pm the staff deep fries your burgers and the girl at that takes orders at the drive thru has the worse attitude it seems to be an inconvenience to do your job thats sad maybe find a different job. I won't be back the manager and the staff in the afternoon is there I probably will not ever go back to that location it has been a disappointment for the last 6 months

I love coming to this store fast and friendly employees food is great and when I dine in its always cleaned

Is anyone checking these reviews? I’ve never dealt with such a level of misery and zero effort than I have from these employees. I’ve tried again and again and tonight was the last effort. Horrid customer service. Disgusted.

Could not coordinate app with store. Finally went inside and still did not work saving internet not available here. Woman worked hard to get what I wanted with coupon since app and store were nit in sinc.

I just wanted to thank Julie from the Decubellis location for taking the time to help my husband to the car with his order. She saw he had too much to carry and she took the time to help him carry everything to the car. This was very much appreciated as he has some difficulty navigating at times.

Waited over 10 min. Then gave me a bag that was given to the car in front of me. Love your food. It's the kids today you all have serving. They have no clue.

Absolute worst Burger King in town. Refuse to remake my burger after getting home and realizing they forgot my chicken, chicken fries, sauce and everything. When I called and asked for a replacement because my hamburger would be cold coming to get my chicken fries they told me that is not their policy and oh well and hung up on me. The worst Burger King around.

Staff is always very polite. Managers have always been great as well. Food is always fresh.
