Enjoy this BK. Ashley is a fantastic night manger. Has a smile on her face at all times. She treats her team members with such professionalism. The best customer service is also available. The food is prepared as I request and is always hot. The cleanest BK I've ever visited. Ashley, however, is the main reason we enjoy visiting this BK in addition to the delicious food and spotless environment.

Every time I come to this burger king, the drive-thru is excruciatingly slow. I'm waiting in the line for 20 minutes to get four cheeseburgers. Only one car was ahead of me at the time, and the lobby was almost empty. Empires have risen and fallen in less time than I've waited in this drive-thru.

Does anyone work here any more? Went thru the drive thru with 1 car ahead of me. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting for the car to order. When I pulled up, they asked me to wait a minute which turned out to be another 10 minutes before I drove away. This is ridiculous. People only have so much time for lunch and Burger King is not the place to go. Is the window person also the cook?
I mean what the hell could take a fast food restaurant so long to take 2 orders? Very disappointed.

Me and my husband went to this Burger King yesterday morning 08-08-22 and the cashier who took our order was absolutely amazing. Her name is Syltico. She was more than helpful, friendly, kind, and happy she went out of her way to help and make sure all the customers were happy. Our experience was wonderful thanks to her. She definitely deserves a raise. Not often do you find someone who is amazing at their job and full of joy. Syltico you are doing an amazing job keep up the amazing work and thank you for making our experience great.

Need to staff this store with a better host Shantia very bad attitude. I would have waited for fresh French fries but you and the manager on duty said there wasn't enough but you made the choice to give us the old french fries. If you don't care about the quality that tells me you just don't care as a human being very sad. So maybe the next secret shopper will be from the main office so personally I will never come back to this location.

This Burger King, which is across from Tyrone Square Mall at a busy junction, receives a regular stream of patrons that they efficiently manage. The service is excellent, the food is never cold, and the staff is accommodating of unusual requests.

The 22nd Ave Burger King, My food is often cold, or I should say my burgers are always cold. And they get two stars only because they have 50 Cent ice cream cones. Unreal wait times, and grossly overworked staff. They NEVER have enough help. Lately, I stopped going For ice cream for my mom bc after unreal wait times they give me less that 1/2 cup of ice cream. What an absolute joke.

Well let's just say that McDonald's has lost a customer and his dog. Here I was foolishly paying $2+ for an ice cream cone. Not at BK! Under a buck. Buster and I are ready to settle in at our new ice cream get away.

Went in yesterday to get 3 combo meals. The female behind the counter could care less as customer service was NOT her forte. We told them there was no ice as management told the girl it was her job to man the front. She refused to fill the ice and left with warm drinks. This location needs to fire the entire staff and start fresh as no one could care less about the customer.never again I will stick with Mickey ds or Wendy's also notice no response Ever from ownership of this establishment which tells me they could care less!

Disappointed, denied service in violation of Federal anti-discrimination laws, and multiple levels of BK management didn't care about the fact that a manager there was blatantly discriminating against customers. Regional Manager was supposed to contact me to discuss this & never did. Abhorrent customer service and my a manager. Completely inexcusable. Also, several recent orders were made wrong & we had missing items. I have a food allergy & alerted when ordering in the drive thru. Got home & allergen was on Whopper sandwich. This has happened twice in last 6 months. Avoid the Tyrone BK location.

After waiting in line for a very long time, I ended up leaving. Didn't appear we were going to move anytime soon. Has happened more than a few times at this location. Will drive a longer distance to go to a different one from now on.

Terrible atención. Esperamos por más de 10 minutos para ser atendidos y apenas mostramos en la app de Burguer King lo que deseábamos nos dijeron con mala cara " TIENES QUE HACER LA ORDEN ONLINE".

Bad attention, we were waiting for more than 10 minutes and when someone asked for the order we showed the burguer king app and they told us "YOU NEED TO ORDER ONLINE".

They were very busy. Sherry decided to come out and get peoples orderes filled as they came up. She hustled, smiled, and got things done. I own 2 businesses, so we all know how hard it is to find solid employees. You have one in her. I'd suggest making sure you keep her. This may be my 1st 5 star review for a burger King.

What a joke! The food given was the worst! It had obviously been left out for HOURS and given to me a few seconds before having to throw it out! Lastly, they did not care to modify one of the burgers to what was requested- worst experience for a drive thru ;/

Very bad, terrible attitude by manager and cashier, which may explain why the place has few to little customers. TMobile Tuesdays should stop partnering with locations like this one. A waste of time and mental energy when businesses act like customers are an inconvenience and there to serve them. We presented vouchers for two impossible whoppers (April 3 @8: 20pm). The vouchers were the only reason we decided to go there. We were going to spend money on a couple of full meals, and use the vouchers for just two. Before even finishing explaining the voucher and offer, the staff was quick to act annoyed and unwelcoming, and they used a loud and defensive tone as if we were there to kidnap the King
We ended up buying impossible burgers from Publix and cooked healthy options at home.
I bet this nonsense makes the place bleed money daily.
Edit: they also told us to “go to corporate, we’re a franchise and don’t honor corporate offers”

If I could give it negative stars I would. I went there today and sat in line for 25 min after giving my order. I pull up to the window and the girl working the window just stared at me and rudely says “we’re closed” i told her I order food and when she asked what I ordered I gave her my response and without looking she says “we have no orders on the screen” it was 7: 40 pm when this happened I know they don’t close at 7: 40 on a Saturday.

This is absolutely the worst treatment me and my family have ever experienced, the cussing the rude and malicious behavior, when I asked to speak with the manager through the drive thru every one said I am, I was disrespected and I have audio recordings of my mistreatment. My kids where terrified throughout this horrible experience.

It's 9pm on a Sunday they don't close till 12 ignored emf or 20 mins in the drive thru drove around they ignored me for another 10 made eye contact with someone thought the window they ignore me. Ignored 3 phone calls when they did answer and I asked if it was standard business practice to ignore customers in the drive through they went silent and hung up

I had a bad experience at this location the supervisor at the front counter had a nasty very nasty attitude when I was trying to order my food I will never go to this location again I’ve never seen anything like it
