Burger King, Miami FL

It's regular BK, but was crowded, was in the line for atleast 30 min on weekends. Please Like my review if you find it helpful.

I work in the general area near to this location but could not leave to pick up dinner so I ordered via the mobile app which selected this location autonomously. I opted in for tracking the order and was given a delivery time, told who the third party delivery person would be and the progressive status of the order until the time of delivery was just over five minutes away when I received a text notification from the third party delivery company stating the order had been cancelled by the restaurant and I would need to contact them directly for information. The listed phone goes to a recorded message that has no opportunity for leaving a message and does not get answered even during the hours posted as being their “open for business” times. Meanwhile they collected the money for the order and have not made any effort whatsoever to communicate with me nor is my account reflecting a credit for the amount paid for the order. My calls continue to go unanswered and I am furious! Needless to express my frustrations and disappointment.

Burger King at Dolphin Mall is dirty and disgusting. The guy that serves the fries has no gloves and touches all the food while putting them in the bags. Also he touches the fries as he puts them in the little boxes. Totally disgusting.

They need to clean their soda machine had green slime oozing out, and their was some floating in my Dr Pepper I brought it to the manager attention, and she said everyone's complaining today

The food was fine but they don't take coupons. Definitely not the best bk I've been to.

They open when the mall is open menu not always a 100% there over priced menu no refills.long wait.corporate please do something

Terrible service the worst burger king I have visited, I love the dolphin mall and burger king but the attention is bad last time I bought online so that the team would not treat me badly and when reviewing I was missing an article when I told them they treated me as a liar and I They gave it reluctantly, really sorry, I will not return -0 stars

At the young cafe the lady serving the food didnt wear gloves and she was coughing on her hands I normally would get the honey chicken but that turned me off made me sick just thinking about the germs spreading
