Burger King, Orange Park FL

Y'all's drinks taste like pesticide was either sprayed too close or on something like a cup or the ice or straws idk but the taste is terrible. This is the second time this has happened.

Since when does the combo mess only come with what they decide to give you ordered 2 combo meals said we wanted medium got one medium o ring and one small and both small drinks. When we asked about it we were told that's what it comes with. Not coming back again.

Food was fine. Service was fine. The building exterior needs some serious work. The drive through menu is literally falling apart. One whole panel is in the backwards. It really looks like an abandoned building.

This Burger King location is actually a decent place to visit. I am not usually a huge fan of the chain due to the slow wait times and mean staff. Luckily, this is not the case here because the staff during the day are usually nice and quick. I had the double cheeseburger combo with fries and a drink, and it was hot and fresh. The fries are actually pretty good if you ask for them to be cooked to order. While this place still has a couple of flaws such as a dirty atmosphere, slow wait times, and lack of staff at night, I still had a good experience here. We have better restaurants here than this one, but this place is a good Burger King.

I’m glad you’re phone call was more important than reading the menu that I read a number off of. Not only did you get my extremely simple order wrong, but then you had the audacity to give me the one item on your breakfast menu I find unpalatable. Handle your employees BK, I own my own business and don’t have time to turn around and explain that what I order and pay for is NOT to have my time or money wasted. You and Wendy’s across this city are now cut off. Good Riddance.

Clean, friendly service. Nice original chicken sandwich. Wife likes their onion rings. They have a great breakfast sausage egg and cheese croissandwich too.

I went there after work on Saturday about 6: 30 pm. I ordered 2 combo meals. When I got home both meals were wrong. I give up, I drove by Whataburger to go there. That won't happen again.

This place is breaking down into a literal ruin. I went through drive through and the menus are backwards and dilapidated behind broken glass. The order display is caved in and there is junk everywhere. The employees are extremely slow and with nasty personalities. The food looks just suitable for a dumpster. I can not for the life of me understand why this place hasn't been condemned. The last time I went there waiting for my food I came to my senses and went across the street to the Wendy's instead. Do not subject yourself to this place.

I have no pro with the good. It’s typically always warm or hot as required. I only have one concern. Why does the drive thru menu say a ham, egg & cheese croissant meal is $6.19 and I get to the window and get charged $8.37? She couldn’t explain it and said her computer doesn’t offer a Print Receipt option for me to look at. So I’m at a loss.

Why is it that anyone would seriously serve food that I hope they wouldn’t need themselves. I’m sorry Burger King. This was the last Burger King in Orange Park that I would visit and I guess this one’s off the list now too.

The customer service in the drive-through was amazing, The person working the window was very friendly and he took time to have a short conversation with us. Not only was the customer service really good, the food came out perfectly, we got everything we asked for and it was hot and tasted very fresh. 10/10 experience

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes with no service after being told to give them a minute after sitting for 5 minutes.would rate a 0 if I could

I used a coupon for a Whooper, fries and a drink for six bucks. It had been a long time since I ate there. It was good and the price was right. The store was clean and almost empty, no line to wait in. It was a good deal for what I got. The counter lady was pleasant so I'll say I had a good experience

Do not goto this one they smoke while work say horrible things about you in front of u to other workers and they are open but refuse to take orders they will take ur order and money then decode oh sorry we are closed 15 min later after they take the money and that was at 8 and it's open till 11

For a place that has gotten a lift within the last ten years it’s run down. The drive through area is barely functioning. Fry bags with chicken scratch to tell you out of stock. Prices on top of prices. A speaker box that has been functioning less and less the last two years.

You get service comparable to your brown paper bag. Consider yourself lucky to see a smile.

Although the burgers are sloppily made they taste good (when fresh). Fried food is a fifty/fifty. Fresh grease and tossing old product doesn’t appear to be a concept here. More than once I’ve come and the fried items have been held longer than they should have… it’s why I stick to burgers and ask for off the broiler.

Had the BEST experience ever last Sunday at this location. I asked the young man his name just so I could brag on him Mr. Traveon Harris he had gotten a little busy but was the most polite person ever. Our food was so fresh and fries were hot. This will definitely be our go to Burger King from here on out.

Asked to wait for a few minutes to order at the speaker, but had nice tone of voice, I didn't mind. The burgers were just warm and seemed like they sat in a steamer or something. Just not as good as fresh off the grill like usual.

Slower than molasses flowing uphill. I go back once a month, cause it's near my shop, never changes! If you want "fast food", go somewhere else!
