Burger King, Lake Worth Beach FL

I ordered a large nugget meal and the nuggets were so soggy and cold, they tasted like they had been out for hours and the fries weren’t Hot and my drink was dirty. The ice was horrible and it made me so nauseous I couldn’t even finish the food. I wouldn’t feed that to my dog

I've had issues with this place many times. Had a cashier try to keep my change which was $10. They have never gotten my order right. Past two days tried to go through the drive through. People inside just goofing off. One complained because they didn't want to make the food. If you don't like your job then quit.

I went to this restaurant on 5/4/2021 around 9: 40 am for a quick snack while my care was being serviced. The cashier got my order total completely wrong. When it was corrected she got annoyed when I noticed the amount on her screen was still wrong and raised her voice. Then they got the order wrong! I took the food and left, it was the worst experience at BK I have ever had.

This place sucks! Revolving door of employees. Orders are always wrong and cold. Always try to give them benefit of the doubt, and always disappointed.

I love the Whopper. The drive- thru experience was not fast. For some reason, the driver ahead of me took forever to receive his order, and when he received it, he ended up handing some of it back. Don't know whose fault it was, but we finally received our food after paying. Many Florida restaurant chains do not offer senior discounts (because seniors are in abundance), this was one of them. Anyway, the person who took our order, held us back from receiving our order until she could make fresh fries for our order. That was very thoughtful. The fries couldn't have been any hotter or fresher. The Whopper was great, as was the double bacon cheeseburger we ordered. I had deprived myself of a Whopper long enough. Maybe I won't wait so long (4-5 years) next time.

Something is not right, management needs to do something. I waited stuck in line for 15. The cashier was doing everything, she acted like a crazy person running around giving the wrong orders and seemed more worried about faking the drive thru time.

Whopper 2 for $5. I always order them with Extra Onions & Tomatoes. It makes a huge difference & tastes so much better that way. Try it that way!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I never go to this Burger King but when I do because it’s closer to my house they ALWAYS mess up my order it never fails. I have a phobia of mayonnaise and I tell them literally 3 or 4 times NOT to put mayo and they take everything off the sandwich EXCEPT that! It’s annoying! Get it together

Too often when I, or someone else I know, goes to this Burger King there are problems. They mess up your order or give you the wrong order. The only good thing is that the lines move quickly. That may be the problem. Slow down a tad and check accuracy!

Burger King is a good place to go if you're on the run or you just need to get something in your stomach also great too many people the crew was very professional and quick and offered to help in any assistance that was needed I ordered two Whoppers which were hot and correct on the order my friend ordered something totally different and we used to drive through normally when you go home it's not what you ordered but we got home and everything was exactly what we ordered so they did a great job so I recommend for anybody to go there and you'll have great service

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would.every single time I come here, the food is either cold, or it taste like it’s been sitting there for hours. Today I ordered a burger and medium fries and the burger was cold and nasty and the fries were not even half full! I didn’t even bother calling because the food is not even worth getting it “fresh” again. Poor management on their part too for not having decent food for customers. I used to work at a fast food restaurant so I know how it works. And it starts from management. Very poor service and quality of food. Will not be returning here ever again!

I will not patronize this restaurant again. It's not worth the risk. They are too inconsistent. The oxtails I received today were tough, like they weren't cooked properly! The flavor/sauce was completely off. I ordered a side of plantains and received a big box of cold, soggy french fries. Not wasting my money ever again.

Don't go to that burger king they don't prep the food properly, and the staff is so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Located at the corner of jog and lake worth road.

They never get the order right. Charge me extra for cheese, never actually put it in the burger. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a regular one. There was also a hair in my sandwich (disgusting!) Every time I go there’s an issue. I was there one time just to order one chicken sandwich and I had to wait 45 minutes for it.

Wow just ordered 3 whooper and only one came with cheese. Then the kicker is the drinks are handed to me with no ice. The window guy says to me that they don't have ice no more. Will be calling corporate tomorrow.

I went to burger king and i asked for the montrezella sticks with the red sauce and they didnt give it to me, i saw a hair in my milk shake, and the lady made me get down to get the straws she forgot to put in the bag during quartine.
