Wait so long for my order to be taking food was all wrong go inside they didn’t fix it they just gave me what I was missing! Staff are rude!

Didn't get the order out the first time. The food almost freshly cooked was not that good. Truck stop I'll have to continue my search for an acceptable fast food joint.

Avoid THIS burger King. You won't get what you ordered. Thanks for messing up the order as now my kid won't sleep or eat anything else. I refuse to order from this location. Does not matter if it's delivery or dine in or drive thru.

I used the burgerking app sitting in my work truck at the 38th ave n store and made sure to change my location in the app to this store BEFORE i submitted my order and it still changed my location to north Clearwater and charged my debit card. I called them immediately explaining my problem and they flat out refused to help me nor did they refund my money. They said there told not to give refunds to anyone and that's totally straight up theft and as long as i draw breath i will never eat at this place again. And i will do my best to a pread the word to as many people as possible i don't want anyone spending their hard earned money on a company that steals from you. They are wrong, it is their mistake so why then shouldn't they deal with it right now after having no problem taking my money. No the truth here is the customer is their LAST PRIORITY!

Drinks are like mixed with some water and they don't even smell like drinks, some staff workers were nice but some were very awkwardly looking their customers.

Was there for lunch. Why are their burgers always cold? Had the whopper. Was thrown together like someone playing Frisbee. Fries were hot and good.

I’m not a fast food guy, but this Burger King consistently makes the BEST spicy chicken sandwiches. Every other location of Burger King that I’ve been to, the sandwiches never come close to being as good as the ones here!

Erica Jones is rude and very disrespectful. Will talk to her employee any type of way. Name calling, using people disabilities against them

Monday, 03-14-22 @ 7: 35 p.m.

The female working the drive-through, appeared to be more interested in practicing her dance moves, than taking my order.
After I finally got her attention, I found that she was not able to comprehend that I simply wanted a #1 with cheese and a medium DR. Pepper.
I ended up leaving there, and headed to a nearby Wendy’s.

Its 10: 23 im at the window chick says welcome to burger king then when im about yo order she said ohh we’re closed just like that with no care at all no apology nothing that one star was for the manager to see this comment every customer should be serviced up until 11: 00pm as it shows online and at store. Girl had on a bluish head scarf. Thank you for the rudest customer service young lady

To be brutally honest here. This location and its employees don't get the credit nor recognition they deserve for their amazing work in the food industry as well as their handling of negative natured public. When I come through their drive thru and see a sigh saying along the lines of "New employee, please be nice" it broke my heart and before I even began my order this night I expressed how sorry I was for what prompted that sign in the 1st place. This locations employees are some of the nicest I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Always smiling always respectful. Extremely timely with large orders (I have a family of 6). If you love burger king and live in the Clearwater / Tampa Bay area. Drive on over to BK off US19 located in the Sunset Point Plaza. You'll be happy you did.

The worst Burger King I've ever been to. They open and close at random hours. Double check your drive through order before you leave. This place is run down inside and out.

I feel bad because the staff was very pleasant.sadly they made my bacon, egg and cheese sandwhich WAY before I got there. It was super soft and the bacon tasted of old grease.i have much better luck and never a complaint when I go to the BK on Gulf to Bay

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered 2 times in a row just tonight and the order was still incorrect! Not to mention their phone does not work and the workers do not care when you are there. Beyond over this place after only 2 interactions. They definitely need new managers and employees!

Natalie was the afternoon person taking the orders yesterday and tonight, she cant stop laughing enough on the mic to listen to us and after every item we say, “is that it, is that it? ” so rudely.they forget two sandwiches which means one person didn’t get to eat anything but the old fries.kids meal tasted like old chicken nuggets.asked for sprite yet they rang in coke.i get its just a burger king, its not some fancy place, but that being said, it’s an easy job and all you really have to do is just listen! It wasn’t even busy and even the manager looked like a literal child.this 19 location is a joke.

Without question one of the worst Burger Kings, waited 20 minutes in the drive through of which 15 minutes was waiting for someone to say hello, I even called to make sure they knew people were waiting and no one answered the phone. Fries are not cooked and sandwich cold. Instead of the store getting better it is worse than ever, sad!

Food why is hot. Employees were nice. Chicken sandwich was wrong supposed to be spicy it was regular. All in all halfway decent trip.

Lobby has been closed for a few days. Tried to get breakfast on Sunday and the lobby was closed that day, only drive thru was available. Multiple people wanted to sit in the restaurant for breakfast. Unfortunately I went there again a couple days later and same situation, lobby closed. Tried to call but they obviously don't care because they have their phone disconnected. Really.a business and you have your phone disconnected? So sad. Will not be back at this location. They're slipping. Wendy's is right up the road and they have decent breakfast with a very nice clean dining area. Also, this location needs a serious makeover. Way outdated in and out.

The buns for our so called "big fish" sandwiches were burnt.

The onion rings were cold.

The drive thru service was fine.
