The cashier Desiree was particularly nice. Got a great deal on a big bag of ice for $1, and two quarter pound king sandwiches for $6. I highly recommend this place!

Food was good, they got a few toppings wrong but its the drive thru! U already know you gonna have something wrong

10.25 am does not have.chiken nuget. They better close the premises. Bad service and incompetent employees

It Supposed to be open till 10pm
I arrived 15 minutes before 10pm and the place was already closed and the employee was just sitting inside waiting for 10pm to close.
I didn't know that is new policy of burger king.
That is not a service at all.

The late night girl at the window with the Sisco haircut has a bad attitude. All because she couldn't understand my basic English.which is sad to say. I even apologized for her being confused. Not to mention how long I was sitting there before she even told me hello waiting to place my order. Horrible service.

This is one of the worst burger kings I've been too. Most of the time the speaker in the drive thru don't work or you can barely hear the person. Breakfast hours are horrible. It's like nobody wants to be there. Avoid it if possible.

Went there for breakfast - a typical BK; nothing special. Could do with some better decoration.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 min and since the first car never got service we left and we drove around and they just look at us at first window fukin worst staff and franchise. Needs to be shut down the employees are stoned

Place says open to 12am but if you go after 1030p there is 1 car in parking lot and the girl says sorry can't take my order right now. Every time. Switch your hrs then. Also it would help if they lighted up the outside more to make more inviting. Wall lights or something. People like Burger King like myself but this one is ran very bad

Drive through was extremely slow which I found out later when I went inside, was because only 3 people manned the entire restaurant.
Woman taking order spoke broken English which caused numerous mistakes.
Food was cold and Manager had no remorse when confronted.

Food was good and prepared per expectations. The dining room was clean. The cashier had a problem making the Burger King app code work in the register but the manager took care of the issues.

Good food poor service very very bad communication skills for the management I don't recommend anybody going there

Food was cold soda was flat. I even tried a few different flavors, the kids working knew something was broken with the soda machine, I just would of rather them tell me it wasn't working instead of paying for a soda that was flat and no flavor.

Went in at 8pm last night with my granddaughter and couldn't get waited on. After 5 minutes of watching 3 people have a conversation, I left. I'm an ex GM for a restaurant and would never allow this type of behavior. McDonald's got my business.

This location is just a sad place after coming to this store I'm pretty sure I'll never eat Burger King again. This whole time I thought the burger were cooked on a grill. I saw the employee boil them!

A few weeks ago i ordered online and once i arrived they just saw the order still in the printer and didnt even say sorry.
As i waited they were all speaking their language and would only continue once what they were talking was done.
The restaurant is 1990s style still. No one would ever bring their kids and family to eat there. SAD

Ordered chicken fries and lg fries. Chicken fries were dried out and all bent, fries were luke warm.get to the winfow for my dipping sauce, Theres No ranch or Bbq.the only 2 i like. Tasted like crsp.

Place told door dash driver they are closed even though the place doesn't close untill 11: 30 for drive thru. Not the first time this has happened. Food is always cold when we do get it. We ordered it around 8p.m so please explain to me how it is acceptable to "close" 3 and a half hours early. I will never go here or order from here again

Greater deals would be hard to find. Buy one, get one for a dollar. I cannot tell the difference between the Impossible Whopper and the original.

They no longer have kids crowns.disappointed! The chicken sandwich and fries were super hot and fresh and ready rather quickly.chicken slightly overdone, but the best rootbeer, though! Chicken sandwich is trying to be like McDonald's, Chick-fil-A and Wendy's.close, but had a different aftertaste that may be due to a different oil they fry it in.
Service was lacking friendliness and was just very matter-of-factly. They kind of rush you thru the ordering process, but nonetheless got the order right. Not rushing to go back to this BK any time soon!

No shakes, No Mozarella sticks, No ketchup to go for the orders to go When theyr have it yesterday (one lady have the courtesy to said yes, we have)
the lack of behavior of the white lady with black hair, red tshirt today its unnaceptable, never apologized, was rude, unprofessional and sarcastic and then far to apologized for not be properly info.come to complaint to stuff: guys you know i didnt wasnt here since so long? Really? Come with the silly excused and after all said we dont have ketchup to go on the hole restaurant! For the laziness of her to go and find out after said before no mozarella sticks
