Burger King, Starke FL

Sarah was amazing. We were able to order lunch a little before it was time! Which made us happy love the French fries! She provided GREAT customer service with a smile. Thank you Sarah you need a raise ️

Pretty much what you would expect nowadays from a fast food joint. Average food, average service, and even below average cleanliness and environment. But, like I said, this is what you expect nowadays. Especially when you're at a Burger King

Paid for items to be added to our burgers. It wasn't added and nobody will answer the phone. Last time they added mayonnaise to our burgers when we asked for none but I didn't say anything. Now I am. I know they get busy but come on. For now on we will go to Powell's

This is the first time in a year I been here because of the terrible experiences I’ve had here. Sarah at the drive thru was absolutely amazing and communicated very well and professionally as well as the lady taking orders. Thank you for bringing this place back to life

The good is their food is hot most the time I go probly cuz nobody goes there. I like going to bk and it's the only one around where I live but so far they have got my order wrong 100% of the time.they always forget something

I have not been to a fast food restaurant? That I could 5 in a long long time but this one with an amazing young gal named Heather made our trip fabulous she was so friendly and caring, she was working so hard keeping the dining area in tiptop shape This is done my way. Excellent job Heather they best get you a raisevaluable employee

Services horrible here standard there for 10 minutes before somebody even acknowledged me. Waited another 10 to 15 for a simple order!

Dirty, your shoes stuck to the floor, my tray was greasy on the bottom and where cup lids are kept just grime everywhere no clean tables at all I looked.

I work at Burger King and the amount of times that people will yell at me throw rod at my window or just straight up tell me I can’t do my job is ridiculous. Every night or morning that I am working people will leave me tips because of my customer service and tell me it’s the best they have had in starke or at a Burger King in general. Our speakers are broken and it is very hard to hear in our headsets but we make do and try to get your order correct if i mess it up bc i couldn’t hear you i correct it. I always make sure to say goodmorning and have a nice day or goodnight be safe when all my customers leave because no one deserves rudeness. KINDESS is key in this day and age. I am only 17 and can control my self so why can’t most of the adults control themselves, yes it’s a fast food restaurant but we try and make things as fast as we can and as pleasant as we can. We are all human and make mistakes so please be respectful to everyone you come into contact with. Not everyone is rude. I am kind to all of you and most are kind back. ️

Went drive through and I had a double stacker with onion rings and my wife had the whopper with fries. Everything was good and time was fine. Their onion rings are usually good. Will do it again.

Worst experience in my entire life. We ordered two impossible whopper meal & been patiently waiting for over 20 mins. The place at 1: 30pm during lunch time has only 3 ladies running it. My fiancée came to me and asked what’s the delay. The Burger King lady over heard & told a couple at the register that we don’t speak English. Assuming that l wont understand her racist comment. We are just coming from a Georgia trip & passed by this town to grab a bite before heading to Miami. Just because we got a latino accent the assumption from the cashier that we don’t speak English. To make the situation worst, the other two ladies started yelling at me when l asked for a refund so l can leave. So sad! We left to avoid further Conflict without the food or the refund.

I was walking with my service animal. My sugar started dropping the manager. Keith told me that I wasn't allowed in the store because my dog wasn't a service animal. She was too fuzzy to be a service animal. My dog is a diabetic alert dog I will never go back to Burger King again and reporting them to the Americans with disabilities

Everytime I come here it's always good. They are always polite. Always fast. The food always looks good and tastes good. Great consistency!

Bad managers outside at the cellphone drive true terrible only two lady lobby fill wait for food so I'm cruz the street and buy McDonald's so fast

Chicken sandwich was dripping with mayo inside and out. Staff was unfriendly. Tables were dirty and parking lot was full of trash. Come on Burger King! I know you can do better!

The customer service at this location is usually awful but today Sarah was running the drive thru and she was fantastic! Every worker there should have her attitude

The best Burger King I have ever ate at. The bathroom was really clean. The food was phenomenal. Maybe I was starving but it was good.

Sarah at Burger King was such a bright light in the recent experiences I've had with the service in Starke. She was so genuine, kind, and deserves recognition for her hard work. I realized when I got to the window that I'd made a mistake with my order, and even though it was my fault, she still made it right. I love to know there's still respectful, good people in our town. ️

Spent a good amount of money on my order. Just to realize that I don't have all my order. So I call got a answer machine and left a message. I could just drive back up there but it's been a long day. Had a football game out of town today so. We just wanted something quick and ready to eat. But thanks to their mistake some of the people in my group had to share because we are all tired. Unfortunately this location used to be my favorite BG but not anymore the employees are not happy anymore, quality has gone down hill. I say it's time for them to look into this location and ask them self why is this happening.

If there was a option for zero stars I would put none, service was absolutely horrible woman was so rude to me would take two orders and then turned her head set off. HORRIBLE!
