They messed up my order i asked for a double whopper and they gave me it with everything and then i ask again they give me one patty i wont be eating here again

They kicked me out of the place inside before eating the doors open between 9: 30 pm because it says open but the manager told me it was closed. But if you have doors open all the lights on and 4 workers inside like they took me out at least put in The door closed. It is strange. I will never return after visiting the place for 40 years. It is very strange.

TERRIBLE LOCATION. MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL AND THINKS THEY CAN ACCUSE PEOPLE WITH NO EVIDENCE AT ALL. NEVER RETURNING HERE AGAIN AS A CUSTOMER

LEARN HOW TO DO A WHOPPER BURGER, BAD QUALITY FOR A $ 12.00 Dollars Meal. Next time I will Post a copy of NOTHING inside a Whopper Burger, Lots of nice Whopper AD but when you go eat nothing like the BK Advertising. No wonder why every one goes to Mc Donald.

Drive thru: I nicely asked to have some ketchup placed in the bag. Had to repeat it several times. Apparently that rub the girl the wrong way. I got no ketchup in the bag, nor on my whopper. This ruined my lunch and served as a reminder to not come back.

The worst service in the world I was charged twice for the same service and they tell me that the card doesn't go through it's a disgusting service they just told me it doesn't go through your card I'm sorry and debiting more than 50 dollars a lot of thieves in my life I go back to eat a hamburger from there, maybe I won't be the best customer but so that people realize what a garbage service that is

I can't believe this is real I've been stuck in the drive-through for 45 minutes. I know McDonald's has a commercial filming next door it's busy but the line is not moving at all whats the deal Burger King.

Burger King shrunk the Whopper. I'm very disappointed. I have attached a pic. If you charge the same or more and give them less, it's stealing.

Bought the BACON MELT. The American Cheese was not even melted. It had hardly any sauce and the bun was pale. Not toasted.

That look nothing like the commercial. Should have know why the place was empty and McDonlds with a huge line. Cutting corners will never get this franchise to compete.

We had to return to the store tonight Saturday 01/21/2023 @ 9: 00-9: 30pm because we asked for no veggies on our burgers and sandwiches and than every single one had veggies in it while the reciept clearly said in all caps NO Tomatos NO lettuce NO onions NO pickles etc we got them changed but it was like nothing changed because THE VEGGIES WERE STILL ON IT and that REPEATED 3 TIMES! THREE TIMES me and my girlfriend got sick and tired because we felt it was weird how it was difficult for them to NOT put things on the burger AFTER 3 TIMES we left and left the food there im gonna take up with claims tomorrow to get my refund because I DO NOT wanna step anywhere near this Burger King ever again not only was the service slow on a relatively slow night but also the customer service was unsatisfactory to say the least and I believe the people that served me and my girlfriend should either be properly trained/evaluated we were not being difficult we explained the situation and it was impossible for them to produce a simple solution would never reccomend this location

Friendly employees, food can improve the way the cook it. Bogo meals chicken nuggets dry. I mean it was paid for it should be good.
