Burger King, Gainesville FL

I ordered my food through the drive-thru, I asked for two chicken sandwiches plain, when they gave me my order I looked at the chicken sandwiches they have mayonnaise lettuce tomato total young lady at the window she takes him back she gives them back to me they look like they had took the chicken sandwiches and refried them with the mayonnaise on them and put them back on the same bread so I get out and I go in the same thing happened again ask for my money back it took 15 minutes to get my money back I would never eat that Burger King again I used to love Burger King and it's also a cheaper place to eat if you don't have that much money because they have good deals on coupons no longer want a the service was the worst service I ever had before I would never give them my money ever again to say I used to love Burger King after that kind of service I would never go there again

Talk about attitude problems. Drive threw partially closed. Been sitting here waiting for 15 minutes now after waiting 10 to place an order. Id say it's time to clean house here

Drive thru orders are incorrectly filled 50% of the time.

On every visit they tell you to stop at the Pole before the pickup window as to fake their performance numbers

Very slow service going through the drive-thru they make you stop before you get to the windows so they get good time on a drive-thru but they are really slow

I just wanted to express my complete satisfaction with my visit to this store, last evening. The lady was very pleasant and friendly. My order, which was only two hamburgers, came out quickly and it was divine! LOL Sometimes, an interaction happens that stands out for it's pleasance. This was one of those times.

I went in for a take-out lunch and quickly and efficiently helped at the counter. The food was on par with a typical BK and some much better than McDonald's. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable BK still is. The new building is nice too, definitely a place to hit up.

We're just here for the ice cream cones:) always a great deal at the incredible low price!

The takeout order I got was incorrect but I took it anyway. The burger and fries were fine but I ordered a smaller burger. Oh well.
A second visit proved to be better and the order was correct.

I stopped on my way to work for a breakfast sandwich and was handed a drink with hair sticking out from under the lid. I called and asked to speak to the owner and was told by a manager she did not know how to reach the owner, she instead gave me the number of a regional manager. I called to let him know about this disgusting food being served at his restaurant but imagine my lack of surprise when I didn't not receive a return call. I assume there was no return call because this is normal for this place!

This place is much better since the black assist manager left. She treated everyone like sh't like all "racist privileged people" do. Even black people hated her b.s. & didn't like going there. Thank you B. K.

Time and time again, it amazes me how they can mess up my order. Today, all I ordered was four (all the same) burgers and two drinks. Counting to four was apparently too hard for them as they only gave me three burgers.

Has to be the nicest burger King I've been in. The dining area was clean, the drink area was clean. They were quick with my order, even when I went thru the drive thru before is was quick and the staff was friendly.

Thank you for actually taking orders. MCDONALDS had 6 of us in the drive through at 1130 and refused to take orders. BK all the way. Your burgers are bigger too.

Unlike other restaurant chains of this type, at this Burger King location I was able to observe and obtain very good service and attention from its workers.

I have always loved BK. The whopper meal has been my favorite for years. The impossible burger is a great substitute. Went through the drive thru.

I went to the drive through and asked the girl if there were any specials and with a smart tone said you have to read the board. I read the board and selected what I wanted and when I got to the window she said my order back to me and I said it was my order, She went on to school me on leaving the speaker before I gave my name. I said that you just read my order so why do you need my name. I said I got the money to pay for the meal but she turned her back to me and I asked again if she was going to take my money and she said nothing and kept her back to me. It wasn't busy and frankly I didn't hear her ask for my name but when I got to the window she shouldn't have spent so much time schooling me and just took the money and serves me my meal. I went to Wendy's. I've never had someone turn their back on me at a restaurant. I called back and talked to the assistant manager and she seemed unconcerned about the behavior. Bad business if you ask me.
