Normal, like almost all Burger Kings, the soft drinks are coming out a bit simple, without much sugar

It says they close at Midnight, here it is 11: 12pm and they are closed. Why have confirmed hours of 6am to 12am if you're not going to respect those hours. Terrible. No wonder people rather go to McDonald's than to Burger King.

The lady who served us was super friendly. For the first time at a Burger King we were well served, the food came out fast and hot.

I was just in there recently the staff has completely changed. One of the ladies behind the counter asked me to move aside because I didn't realize there was a customer behind me. I really didn't appreciate the tone of her voice when she asked me to move so she could take the next person's order. When I got my food back to my house it was still warm however my burgers I feel we're sitting around for awhile when I placed my order. I felt they were a little dry. I wish the old crew was still working there. It was a better burger king. I don't think I will frequently go to this Burger King location again. If you ask me the staff needs to be a little bit more polite to their customers.

This location during the afternoon, made the best Whooper and onion rings i have had anywhere!

No public restroom. Then don't mix your cream and sugar in your coffee for you but give you the packets and then you have to do it.

I’m not a fan of fast foods but Burger king has improved so much lately and I’m actually surprised. My food was served fresh and tasty, the melt burger is absolutely delicious. They have a huge variety of food, affordable prices and coupons are really worth it. I’m very pleased with my visit to BK. (I have not been inside the restaurant yet so that’s the only reason i don’t give the 5 stars)

I had to wait for a guy to vacate so they could help me. The guy was very friendly, he gave me quick attention and good service.but that place has always been the same. I think it will never change. I'm sorry for the staff who like to serve customers

Went there got a fish sandwich and a bacon king and they messed up. I ordered a Hersey pie also. They got my order wrong.pie was missing. I went back and they gave me a bacon long with onion after I said no onion. The chicken sandwich too. Why is it they couldn't get the order correct. It was close to closing. Wasn't anyone there
How hard is it to get an order correct. Cold food and wrong stuff. Missing items etc.

We were locked out of our car and needed a phone charger. One of the employees got their own personal charger for us to use. This is true customer service! Food was good too and it is neat to see that Surge is back

Went today and bought a burger.
Good customer service by the lady on counter and service was quick.

Comparing to other BK locations this location has one of the most tasty whoppers in the area, and it’s clean. Giving 4 stars because they can do better with the fries and some drinks were not available.
Drive thru service is very slow.

Employees here were nice enough, but they did get my order wrong, so I had to correct it at the pickup window. The food on the other hand was just bad. Salt-less bland fries and a royal crispy chicken sandwich that was not crispy at all. Unfortunately par for the course at BK (in this area of the country at least)
