17 Only giving kne star bc we can't post without giving.
I ordered 3 whoppers, NO Mayo bc my kids are allergic. I wait 20, they forget the fries. I finally get the order and get home. The whoppers have Mayo. I tried to call over a dozen times the phone rings and then hangs up. This is ridiculous
The staff tries but they are understaffed so the wait here is very long if you have a 2-hour lunch break go right ahead
Very good option for a quick but very delicious meal.
My son loves Burger King since he was 5 years old.
I wouldn't normally review a burger King. I came in here not expecting much. Well the cashier was nice and attentive, the food came out super hot, the store was clean. Kudos to the entire staff at this particular BK
Aug 28,23, this place at lunch is a mad house. The girl taking orders was not listening to customers. Almost every order was wrong that she entered. The printer for the cash only register was not printing receipts and orders were being given to the wrong people. There was one customer that was screaming at the BK manager because he had waited about 30 minutes with no food. He finally asked the manager to call the police, because his credit card had been charged but they refused to give him his food.
There definitely needs to be some personnel changes made in this BK location.
During the night shift, the restaurant serves only through the window, it is a total odyssey! You are in front of the speaker and it takes time to take the order, once you get to the window, it takes time to deliver the food, because even the manager on duty instead of making his work team do their job, they It wastes time with them, the food has dropped in quality because they go several times to look for food, the hamburger bun, especially the bottom part, seems to have been wet. The atmosphere is somewhat uncomfortable since there during daylight hours, if one wants to eat inside the restaurant, people come from the street, to be asking for glasses, to be in the middle of the queue of customers supposedly to order food and when what they do is ask to be given something as a gift.
Well, I ordered the 2 for $5.00 Jr Whopper special through the drive throw and when I got home. I did have the 2 Jr Whoppers but neither had any meat in them.
No wonder there 2 for $5.00.
This is not the first time I had issues at this location, but it'll definitely last.
This Burger King is crazy, the workers joke and yell at each other, enter with the customers eating
I was here at 11: 20 pm and The manager is very rude and could care less about the customers. Should learn to carry yourself and speak to people.

Love the double drive thru, but why is only one window in operation. Also, after ordering, they tell you to pull up but stay behind the yellow pole. I'm assuming their using a timer per car, and instead of improving service to get the cars in and out, they are tricking the timer to make it seem as if the service is fast.
I ordered the 2 for $5 Croissant & lge coffee @ 8: 36 a.m. This morning at this location. The cashier did not tell me the price and I did not see that I was over charged until I saw the receipt. I've been calling this store since 9: 00 a.m. Getting VM only. It is now 11: 44 a.m. EST. I want my refund. I was over charged! Please call me! Order #532 or refund my card.
Every time I go thru drive thru they are slow and unprofessional. I don't understand why it takes so long for the food. There's never a huge line. They mess up on the no onions part almost every time.
Customer service was good on my end. Breakfast even though it’s fast food was delicious. You can tell when something is prepared with care. At least that’s just me. Everyone is different. You all did good. Thank you for serving me.
The girl at the window this morning is the most nastiest attitude I ever had. You need better customer service I'm never coming here and hope the people who experienced that feel the same.
All I wanted was another burger with no cheese. But your telling to deal with it but I'm allergic to cheese
If I could give this restaurant less than a one I would. I ordered a chicken sandwich with mustard and pickles and I got a chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayonnaise, I'm allergic to mayonnaise. Poor service.
