Huey F …This Burger King was awesome and the customer service was fantastic. He took care of me. He was very nice and friendly and I did appreciate it. My food was fresh. It was no issues at all. Great customer service. I recommend this Burgerking to anyone.

Even if you are starving, do not come here. I went here today to buy some lunch. The employee name is Shirley light skin with freckles and red hair for service was extremely terrible. She had an attitude taking my order, which was quite simple and didn’t have any request however, she gave me so much attitude when she got my order wrong and suck her teeth at me It was truly disgusting.

They take so long to serve an order, and every time they're missing something. The worst costumer service. The cop with the soda was dirty.

Unfortunately today I didn't get an opportunity to enjoy my impossible Whopper at Burger King they had all of the doors locked at the Ives Dairy 199th location I was not in a typical motor vehicle that could be serviced at the window. I was on a motor cycle and it was pouring down rain so obviously I could not wait in the rain in line behind seven cars to be served. So I knocked on the door I realize that this door was locked seeing that no one came to the door so I drive around to the other side in the rain knocked on the door on the other side of the entry doors. I saw all the workers in the kitchen working the security officer was standing in the lobby and there was I believe two people sitting at the table in the lobby no one open the doors this was approximately 4: 30p in the afternoon I'm still not understanding why the doors are not locked to customers that wanted to dine in. So I even called on the phone to see if someone would pick up and let me know what is going on why are the doors locked why are you not serving anyone inside of the restaurant. After five rings it went to voicemail and no one picked up the phone. Unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy Burger King this evening. I would recommend that all stay away from this location.

They told me to pull up I waited 20 minutes after realizing they forgot about my order and 5 cars in front of me got food before me this is the 3rd time this has happened

2 of 4 Order combos incorrect, cold (fish, fries BK Quarter missing bacon.)! Whomever is on the line reading your screen to make the food needs training! You advertise "have it your way" but you "can't get it your way" when your line team staff are not on it or does not follow the directions as it appears on the screen above! This is very common at many of your franchises! It's very frustrating. $26 of cold and wrong orders is not consumer friendly

Under staffed and takes forever to get your order. Too many times you have to park and wait for them to bring you your order.

I’m sitting in the drive thru not being acknowledge because it’s 10: 55pm and the close at 11pm

I just ordered and when I get to the window they did not make the food yet so slow inconvenient they need new workers don’t make no sense

Always an issue with my order, and instead of waiting at the window like normal, you're forced to wait in front for a wrong order or missing item which adds to a longer wait time during lunch break.

1st time here and the experience was good. Onion rings could have been a bit fresher. Other than that I saw them make my order. Good job guys. Will visit this location again.

Worst bk ever! No shakes, no pies, always something! No wonder it’s always empty it need to be shut down!

Took almost 25 minutes to get burger and nuggets. Had to wait outside. I finally walked inside to find out where my food was. Hamburger was cold so were the fries. I won't be back and this is the closest one to my home

Came here for a quick bite to eat. I had the whopper cut in half, off the boiler with no tomatoes, onion rings, and a sweet tea. My food came out hot and fresh. The tea wasn't sweet, but I didn't know that until I drove off, and I didn't feel like turning around bc I had somewhere else to be. Overall, it was alright
