Burger King, Sebastian FL

Kept declining and canceling my order with doordash but didn't hesitate to charge me double.

The exact same cashier cannot take an order and get it correct. Multiple times multiple visits. Won't be back. Didn't get it the way I wanted and that's not your way.

The staff is surly and present a 'don't care' attitude. It took a long time to receive our order and it was wrong. After fighting with the manager, she finally checked our receipt and admitted that she was wrong and fixed the error. By that time the rest of our food was cold. On the receipt there is a section to where, if you take the survey, you can get a certificate for a free whopper. There is a spot where they ask for the storre number; they wouldn't give it to me. I looked it up on line and it isn't there. I wonder why?

The service and food was fine, can't do 5 stars because the parking lot is a nightmare to enter and exit. Technically just a bad location for that aspect.

The lady working the drive through this morning was wonderful. Such a positive person who was great to deal with.

Sadly this was the worst burger i have ever had. The lettuce core ended up in my dry burger. Gross.

Went to drive thru, burgers were ice cold when I got them. Went back in and Chris fixed problem immediately. If it wasn't for him, I would never have gone back to this place

Always the slowest service here, food taste DISGUSTING I had gotten a cheeseburger and the meat tasted off. Don’t waste your money here.

Terrible. Could NEVER get our order correct. After 3 tries gave up trying to get what I wanted. Made the mistake of going back here. $4 large milkshake was the size of a small. Were told they are all one size. Terrible. Sonic has my business from now on.

Always check everything in your bag if you go to the drive thru. They always manage to get something wrong!?

This is the cleanest burger king I've been two. And I've been to maybe 100 over my years of traveling. This burger king is without the most consistent one I've been to. I literally drive past another BK location to come 5 miles away to this location. They are always smiling, helpful and always thank ME. Take notes corporate. This is how it's done.

Dangerous driving situation at this Burger King due to the paving project currently in progress on June 14th, 2023. There is only one entrance, and it is currently being used for an entrance AND improperly used as an exit. The entrance is one way only. It is clearly marked as one way only. But the jokers in charge of the paving project have taped off the exit. Nobody is out there directing traffic. This could easily become a head on collision!

I guess Burger King and the Riverwalk Plaza Property Management think it's funny to have people either Drive in circles or drive into oncoming traffic. I'll be reporting them all to the Department of Transportation

One of the worst Burger Kings I have been too! Went there four times since it opened. Not once have they gotten my order right and the food was terrible.

We went inside because the line for the drive thru was crazy. They took my order and got me my food fast though! I was very impressed. We were in a huge rush too so I was very grateful.

Always out of something or they dont answer the drive thru window. Not even worth going to.

9/10 times you have to wait more the 20 minutes even that no one else is in line, this was the last time

Tried to go there and get some food through the drive-through. I heard talking but no one answered for quite some time. Eventually, I pulled around the building where all the employees were standing outside smoking together at the same time. No wonder this place has such a horrible rating. I took a picture of these idiots all outside with no one inside to run the restaurant.
