17 The cashier that took my order was Katie and she was probably the best server I've had in a fast food experience in years.and probably in the top 3 customer service experiences since covid killed good service. She smiling, polite, joking. The customer after me was seriously giving her a hard time over 3 cents and knowing the rude customer was wrong (the customer was in the wrong), Katie never lost her cool and was quite stoic through the ordeal.
The food was fast food. The Whopper Jr's were good but the fries and chicken nuggets didn't seem as fresh as they could have been. Service was fast. I was there about 1215pm on a Tuesday
The store was clean as far as the counter and front of the store went.

If I could give them a zero I would. They have totally gone down hill, the food is either cold, burnt or you sit at the drive thru and get ignored.
Alphonso the manager was amazing. They were very busy and he had an amazing sense of humor to keep everyone happy.
Most of your order is missing and then you try to get them to correct the mistake they made, they laugh say nothing we can do go on the app and complain. Rudest, most incompetent customer service workers ever. Stay far away from this place.
Rude service. Nasty person working the counter - not sure what happened to the other person they had working the AM shift but this new woman has to go. Helpful hint - close the lobby if you’re short staffed.
Keep hoping I’ll get a whopper that is at least warm. Sadly I have to use my microwave every single time. Update: tried again recently, 20 minutes waiting in drive thru.wrong order! So frustrating.
The employees and management are super nice and polite. Food is good and different than a regular fast food restaurant. There is also one nice "older" lady and she is always smiling and talking to me. Kinda a hidden treasure in this restaurant. Thank you!
Don't order here on the app, they will not get the order, you will be charged for your food, then you will be ignored for 10 minutes and then yelled at for another 10 minutes as you beg for the food you paid for. Just don't even bother, not one employee or the manager would tell me their names. Staff of angry people.

Greasy rings, and awful mozzarella sticks that tasted rancid, not sure if it was the oil, or the breading, or the cheese.
After waiting for 30 minutes in the drive through I finally got my lukewarm fish sandwich and my cold french fries. Shortly after eating my food I became violently ill. Had nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dihedra that turned to blood and blood clots. It's been 3 days since I got sick from their garbage food and I'm still having some symptoms of food poisoning that are finally easing up. I recommend that anyone who sees this avoid this business at all costs. I am also considering legal action at this point.
Food was pretty good but I was more impressed with the extremely polite employees. Fantastic service at this location and it doesn't go unnoticed. Great work!
Started working near this Burger King around 3 months ago. Recently, pulled up to drive thru, was yelled at by the lady at the speaker that 3 customers were ahead of me and asked to wait. After waiting 15 minutes, still no order taken. Never going back again, absolutely pathetic customer service. Good luck Burger King, South Osprey! My staff and I will never patronize you or any other Burger Kings again. Time is money, especially when on our lunch breaks. I'm truly disappointed by this experience, until now, I regularly treated my staff and myself to food from here. Now I ponder whether to give them another chance, but then again, time is money, I've only got an hour for lunch break.
Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. They had me waiting for 20 minutes while they figure out how to change 100 dollar bill. I did not give them any problems or complain about the long wait. And the older lady that I first saw was awesome but the younger lady that came after gave me the nastiest comments and was so mad I did have any smaller bills like I initially was trying to give them a bad day. So after like 25 minutes I told to leave and I didn't my food. And I was on lunch break so I couldn't go somewhere else to get food. Thanks bk never getting food here.
Horrible Burger King, I'll bet the main company would like to know change they the recipe. To save a slice of cheese on double sausage, egg & cheese sandwiches, they've been doing it for months. Slow, slow, slow.
Ive had very few issues with this store but anytime I do have an issue the manager gets it taken care of in a snap. Food can be a little lacking on occasion like fries that have sat a little too long, but that could also be attributed to the times I'm normally here. All in all great store
