Burger King, Port St. Lucie FL

Disorganized, workers very young and unaware of sanitary awareness. One scratch his head and take out a bun, the other have her phone in the back pocket keep checking it every 2 minuites

The older cashier kept proceeding to end my order after each item that I ordered. She could not hear! I ordered heavy sauce and pickles. I barely had any sauce and I 1/2 pickles. They are slow. I will never go there again and continue to go to Village or the east St Lucie Blvd location.

I had a great experience with the new chicken sandwich they got going on.even tho i had to wait upfront for the food but chicken was delicious and customer service was on point

I live about a mile away and by the time I got home, the fries and mozzarella sticks were almost cold. Not sure if I'll stop in there again.

Took awhile to get our food.when it did come out it was short 2 items then when I got the food home and started eating my Whopper was completely raw in the middle.

I just want to say there is a young lady there by the name of Sakura who is awesome at being your first interaction at the drive thru, she is always pleasant and courteous. But much more than that she knows the true meaning of customer service and most of all INTEGRITY. It just so happens that I accidentally drove off without my debit card I returned the next morning and she made me aware I had left my debit card and her and her manager Laura went to the security measures to make sure they were returning my card to me and that I was the right person it was being returned to and I do really really really appreciate them for taking those measures and to ensure that I receive back my debit card, And even the fact that she noticed it was me was greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Horrible customer service sat in drive through for 15mins no answer even honked and nothing better off taking five mins to go to a different store

Just know the staff working here in 2020 are all slow. Mentally and physically! Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache. I gave them 2 stars cause the food is hot most of the time.

I just went through drive thru order 4 impossible patty's 3 burnt. No one answers the phone. Try to support people working take pride in what you do.

Every time I go here my food does not seem to be fresh. I know it is a fast food place. But I wish the people that worked here acted like they enjoy their job.

Worst BK ever! Sandwich was dry and barely had any condiments on it. Girl at the counter had quite the attitude problem and didn't even know what salads they had there. The menu sucks so bad you can't even read it. Don't go here!

Poor mannerisms with the manger on duty and the staff, food cold orders wrong and horrible service.

Every single time I order anything, something is always wrong with it. They usually give me something cheaper than what I paid for. If you really love burgerking, find a different one.

Food so over cooked can't even eat it asked for it to be replaced got another burnt fish sandwich and then asked for that to be replaced and the final result was still a burnt fish sandwich DONT go if your ordering fish!

This has to be one of the worst Burger kings. It's filthy, the help is unbelievably bad. The manager, doing the bulk of the work!
