Store 60 Julio, Leslie, very rude. Do not help the handicapped make you wait in line forever. Don't care about any of the services that they're supplying over there at the Burger King. I will never go there again. They were horrible, absolutely terrible. Please look into this Burger. King has a long, long good reputation. You don't want these people to bring me you down thank you

I have attempted to eat here 2 times each time employees are outside front doors smoking you can’t get in and if you do they tell you the lobby is closed.
And when you get your food the croissant is smashed flat and cold the hashbrowns was grease, soaked
And un edible.
The drive through doesn’t seem to be in workin order they tell you to pull up to the window and order.
You can’t do a bk experience as the numbers on the tickets are not readable to wright a complaint.

Poor customer service! Totally needs to close the store in Athens Georgia on Atlanta Highway or fire everybody in the place. This is the worst Burger King to go to -corporate office needs to visit this place and they will see that the customer service is poor! Grade for the store F minus minus! Drive thru is awful!

A Burger King in Brewton Alabama off of Douglas Avenue is either very short-staffed, untrained or incompetent. Several people in my party ordered food for in-house eating and they gave us to go bags. One of my party members had ordered no onions on hers. And when she got her Burger it had onions. Another party member had not received her order yet and as of the time of this review has yet to receive her order. Staff acts puzzled as to why she hasn't received it instead of attending to it I hear nothing but complaints coming from behind the line. Clearly they are very untrained and unprofessional and need reevaluated by corporate ASAP.

Im being discrimated by the manager of BK at old Cuttler rd Cuttler bay fl cause I went with a BK empty cup to get water, and some other people also come here and if they are African american they get the water but I’m not! …also the bathroom door was open with a yellow cone and a roll of toilet paper and unattended and I report it to this manager

LIARS! Promised me coupons because of a bad experience, but threatened to close out the case if I did not accept coupons through online account. I DO NOT USE online ordering and prefer physical coupons. I have not heard anything back from so-called "customer-service". So, not only do the franchisees using BK name and logo treat customers like garbage, the corporate office does as well.

Why is it when I send my correspondence through the U. S. Postal Service to the address 5505 Blue Lagoon Drive Miami, Florida 33126. It always comes back to me and the stamp saying, " RETURN TO SENDER" Unable to deliver-Not Deliverable as Addressed-Unable to Forward? " I'm so tired of spending the 60 cents per stamp and B. K.doesn't respond. Apparently I as a patron isn't worth their time to bother with. As a disabled American Veteran you would think they would have someone to take correspondences, to alert their stores and franchisees if their is an issue that needs to be addressed, but since I continue to get my letters back, they are turning their back on us. Unfortunately for them, or perhaps one individual loss of a customer/Patron does not mean that much. Sorry but I must give one star.

Went to the Burger King on 37th Ave, North W. 7th St.customer service was horrible. They don’t have most of the items available for breakfast. I asked for the manager and the manager only gave me nonsense excuses. If you have no items close the establishment. And they told me to wait 30 minutes to get service.
