Burger Spot reviews
15Employees always very nice, food always fresh and made to order, love the cheese sticks.employees always willing to make your order exactly how you want it.
The food is cold. I placed an order over the phone went in 20 minutes later and my food was not done yet, burgers were cold and cheese sticks not cooked all the way. Those two items were what they were waiting for to complete my order.
We have been here a few times.there's always room for improvement. Hope next visit brings more flavor and a better customer service experience.
Been going to Burger spot for years and have never been disappointed until now. Got food Saturday and noticed that my debit card was charged twice. I have called 3times to talk with manager and also left name and phone number 3 times and still no call. Now I'm going to have to make a trip over there and still won't be able to get a manager. Was told by staff she comes in and out. No hours for her to be there.
My mint shake was a vanilla one and my husbands was pink but was a vanilla one. There wasn't a wow factor.
It's a mom & pop restaurant. The food is greasy but it's good. The young people who took my order were very friendly and personable. The drive thru was actually pretty quick considering they cook to order. I am in Bell 2x a year and always make it a point to stop in for a cheeseburger and onion rings. You should do the same.
Great food and price is nice too. Customer service is a 10. Very friendly people and the food is awesome. 10 from me!
Don't go half hour before closing, leftover cheeseburger reheated, tater tots were so greasy they weren't edible. That was a waste of 15 bucks
Pretty good food I just don't understand why they can't have great customer service and when are they going to make the dining room nicer? Put in a little effort and you will get more business!
Used to be a decent mom n pop type place before the pandemic. Food quality, long waits even with preorder and high prices. Food quality of burgers, and bacon most notably are cheap and tasteless. Greasy fries, tots and onion rings and their prices have risen right along with better food in the area. Really didn't expect this a few years ago. Akins or Rock bluff are much better choices.
The meat was over cooked on my burger. Almost burnt, Which caused it to be very dry. The bread and butter pickles were a no go for me. Can't say I'll be back for a burger.
Only issues are the prices that have gone up, up, UP and the fact that one of the burgers was smooshed
I love this place & stop in every time I am passing thru Bell, 2 burgers & a medium shake will cost $13 & a little change June 27 /23
Nice lil country spot. Young man at the counter was respectful. Food was hot, and good, short wait.
Best onion rings in the tri-county area, nice large serving. The shakes are wonderful as well with blackberry being the flavor of the month for May.
