BurgerFi, Pembroke Pines FL

Cashier inputted my whole order wrong I didnt check the receipt seeing as they said the order back to me. I ended up with a veggie burger and regular fries when I asked for a normal burger and a cry+fry.

We went Friday evening and the service was terrible. Staff sitting at a table, talking loud and not really caring. Staff with an attitude. The restaurant was dirty, napkins on the floor, tables dirty, sauce station filthy, burgers and fries were not even good.
One less customer going back.

Ordered a burger to go and it was mostly inedible. The weird to go container makes it difficult to eat unless I have a plate or something to transfer the burger to. The burger was the least appetizing thing I've eaten in a long time. All crushed up and warped looking.doubt I'll stop here again.

We waited 45 minutes for cold burned fries, melted milkshakes, no napkins, sauce and best of all the orders were wrong. Don’t waste your time. PBJ’s are better than this.

This location isn’t great. My order wasn’t correct, and I had to ask one of the team members to wash his hands prior to handling the food (after he worked on the soda machine—which one of his coworkers touched after placing her fingers in her mouth. Gross!). Also, I would prefer NOT to be called “boo, ” which a staffer seemed to call every customer. This location appears to need a good training session on the dos and dont’s of sanitary and professional practices.

Micah bush was very friendly and nice and took our order correctly the first time around and repeated order to ensure everything was correct and the food was amazing as usual. We love this location is the one closest to our home so it makes the experience that much better.

This was my second visit to this establishment, I spent $13 for a single burger fi with cheese and Cajun season fries and a fountain drink. Where do I start the burger was not freshly cook, i no this because the cheese was cold on the burger. The fries were over cooked seems like they were fried twice and it did not taste like any Cajun season was on the fries. This was my worst experience i should have went to sonics and tried their new burger.

Love bringing my child here because the food and music is good! They use organic hormone free meat, cook your order fresh and they only have draft beer but a decent selection. I'm not much of a dessert person but they have ice creams, shakes, etc. The fries look fresh cut and cooked. There is outside seating and single stall restrooms. My favorite is the chicken sandwich. Counter staff is friendly.

This is by far the best burger chain in the country. Everything starting from the bread to the vegetables is really fresh. I would recommend the CEO burger with the burger fi sauce. Their fries are amazingly good and the regular size is good for up to two people

My children are super picky eaters and they don't eat burgers unless they are BurgerFi burgers. Nuff said!

Burges are tasty, but they have too many employees many of them just distracting each other and chatting around, in the two occasion that I visited the pembroke pines location, I ordered a milkshake, both times my milkshake arrive after I almost finish my burger. Not sure if I'm visiting again.

Omg even though they ran outta chicken patties (and only place I eat chicken, 'bad' but such a good habit). Their fries are soo good every time we order from here. Not soggy nor overly salted, just the right crispness. If all burgerfi's made them this good. Thanks pines local!

Clean and Friendly! Love Burger Fi. Got a major stomach ache from here but not the other burgerfi’s. Maybe it was a bad batch. Oh well. I’ll still eat here but probably not this location: (

This place had great service, this employee Zach was amazing. Great tasting burgers and a pretty place to eat at.

I love this place. The food is sooo good (yay for vegan options!) and the staff and management always go above and beyond.

The price doesn’t match how much food you get. But it tastes good

Nice BurgerFi. Seen one seen all. Clean & friendly counter order, beeper to pick up. Burgers are great. Lazy guy like me, would be 5 stars if they had table service. Good parking.

Best fast casual burger around. Juicy, cheesy, and we'll seasoned with just a touch of pink. I wish they had a smaller fry portion available though
