First time here, the food was awesome, will definitely come again, and Tanner was awesome great service

Came in on a Friday evening which we all know can be hectic Natalie served me with great customer service was extremely patient with me and super friendly she's more than amazing you'll be seeing much more of me thanks to Natalie H.

Consistently great, takes a bit longer than a fast food place but at least it has actual people like Tanners you can ask questions to and give you order too instead of faulty machines like at the McDonald’s in the same plaza. Have a would take a date here for a fun day with burgers.

Customer service these days seems to given as a luxury! Not at this Burger Fi, Team Member Natalie H.although late.welcomed me and my husband with a smile under her mask:) and warmth in her tone. We appreciate her good customer service.

Massive shoutout to Natalie, made me feel like I was a VIP, and not many employees are capable of treating their customers like that. She took my order accurately and promptly, and it was obvious she knew the menu like the back of her hand, some places I've been to would still get my order wrong despite multiple clarifications. She brought a level of class that is honestly rare these days, and it shouldn't be. Case and point, Natalie was awesome and is a blessing to that restaurant, and I sure hope her counterparts treat her as such too. Simply Outstanding.
