BurgerFi, Fort Lauderdale FL

No one attending register until after an approximately 10-12 minute wait in line, only to be told, "All we have are fries and chx fingers". So my first experience at Burgerfi was a bad one‍️‍️

The burger was good. However please train your staff to not text and make phone calls while they are taking orders. Staff is not professional in any way. Inappropriate gossiping as well

I got an amazing New York dog with equally good fries. This was a very pleasant surprise since it was in an airport. Food in airports is usually more a nasty shock than a pleasant surprise.

The back staff was bullying the front cashier. Cook called her black ️ with an ugly wig with a too big part. The wait time was long. I was very offended

Terrible nasty made me wait 25 minutes and was racist to me don’t go here also got my order wrong Discusting service

All was good until the kitchen door opened and I seen the floor covered in food and was so unsanitary. I got a burger Togo and after seeing the kitchen I just put my order in the garbage. The staff was walking thru the grung and thier shoes were disgusting

This is an airport location so adjust your expectations accordingly. They are crazy busy all the time and as such the service is probably a bit less than you might expect from a location somewhere else. That said the food was phenomenal and the restaurant was clean despite how busy they were.

Fabulous fast food burger. We had the “All Day Breakfast Burger. ” It’s basically brunch on a bun. Do it.

And they are definitely open on Sundays. Just sayin.

This location (FLL airport terminal 1, gate A area) is not like other BurgerFI's. You won't get all the options as a normal BF location. The burgers here are sub-par compared to normal.
I came here thinking I'd get the BuegerFI burger.thoroughly disappointed.

Sorry, I didn’t get any photos… The food was so good, it was scarfed down in minutes! Got the BurgerFi double with cheese and extra Fi sauce, along with the french fry and onion ring combo (cry and fry). Just Excellent!

You make your order and then they scream your name to come behind the counter and get your food. Totally unorganized stupid method and employees. Never again!

Can't tell you about the food because the service was so bad we told them to forget it and decided to wait till we get back to Texas and eat a late dinner.

Their sign says “more gourmet than burger joint” Are you kidding me? I’ve seen truck stops on I-95 better than this sorry burger joint! They had no onion rings, no ketchup, and the food tasted like it had been cooked a day or two before and reheated. Two stars was a gift!

Hard to trust the cleanliness of my food when the employees can't keep their pants up. Nothing like underwear in the restaurant kitchen.

This location is FLL Airport across from Gate A4

Burgers were really no better than fast food ones and parmesan truffle fries had no parmesan or truffle to speak of.

I had the chicken sandwich, and the french fries, which were awesome and freshly made. They actually forgot my order, and after waiting a long time, I inquired about it. They were very apologetic and refunded my money, and provided a good meal. I can always understand mistakes, but the way of business handles it makes all the difference. I would return any time I come back to the airport

The staff here is UNBELIEVABLY rude, we tried to be as polite as possible but “Zanneshi” I believe her name was (that’s what it says on the receipt anyway) had THE NASTIEST attitude ever. I know everyone has bad days but our experience here was definitely unpleasant due to her extreme rudeness! It’s a shame cause we love burgerfi and this was by far our worst burgerfi experience yet!

Only one star because I can’t go any lower. Should Shut the place down. Absolutely disgraceful attitude from employees. “Zanneeshi” was whom I had the pleasure. Disgraceful, disgusting, immature. Not sure what’s worse her attitude or the people who allow it to happen. Won’t be using a burgerFi again.

The Burger I ordered looked nothing like the picture of the burger. 1/2 the size. False advertising.
