BurgerFi, Delray Beach FL

It's not the worst and definitely not the best burger locally. These chain joints just can't do it like the mom & pop restaurants CAN!

Very mid restaurant, from all the fast food burger restaurants there are definitely better options than this one, pricing was on point, but I would leave it as the “if there is nothing else option”

Wow.has Burger Fi gone down the tube.
So promising in the beginning.
Party of 5.
Wrong order.
Burgers ehhhhh.
Even the bun stamp is off.
Add to it dirty, slippery floors.
The end is near.
Sad.

Took almost 40 minutes if not more to get a simple order for us together. Last time I'll stop at this location. 0 stars!

So disappointed.
We used to love this place, but now the food is overcooked, no flavor and employees don’t care.

I have to say this is probably the best burger I have ever had. The staff was very friendly, the service was fast, and the food was amazing!

Had a chicken sandwich. It was really good. My son had a bacon double cheeseburger. He ate without saying a word. Guess he really liked his too.

It was okay, nothing special.
The cashier at the time of our purchase, which was Saturday, April 8th, just after the restaurant opened, has no idea what customer service means. I asked him a question and he just stared at me. After several minutes, he stated he couldn't hear me. He made no attempt to engage me or actively lean my direction.
I'll not spend my time or money here again. Burger King is a much better value
There are more choices to eat than this pitiful place.

Love this location! The staff here is great and very attentive. Food is fresh and taste good. Pet friendly, they have water outdoors for pets, and the view is amazing.

Every other burger Fi in Delray and Boca doesn’t have this issue but the staff at this location does not care and is extremely disorganized. Takeout order is 20 minutes late and counting.

Ordered lunch in the middle of the day online. Was ready in 15 min which was great when having hungry kids. Food was great. Try the chicken tenders.

Had a snack of regular fries, and the crispiness was great, along with the fries steaming fresh when they brought them to my table. The burgers looked delicious, though I did not purchase one.

The food was good. We had burgers and fries. The fries were so good. The person who worked there was nice. We ordered through the screen, which I liked.
But! The bathroom was messy, the trash was full, and extra dirty paper was on the floor in the bathroom.
The couch that we wanted to sit was dirty, so I had to clean it before we sat.

We tried veggiefy and Beyond burgers along with there fries and Onion rings, it was very good. The staff was friendly as well.

I have been going to burger fy since they opened in delray beach florida in 2006 or so.
Very delicious burgers.
French fries and onion rings too.good service.
They are open from morning until very late at night.
I don't know your schedule but I know that more or less until 11 pm.

I placed on order, and they forgot my fries, I went back and explained to them that I didn’t get my fries and wanted a credit when I reordered it and they didn’t understand me.

Never going back ever ever again.

It was not super expensive considering the other restaurant around, but this is also a fast food joint, so it should be inexpensive, but the taste of the burger was pretty bland, but shakes and drinks are good service, location and atmosphere is good.

Our experience at this Burgerfi location was mostly like any other location except for the advantage that this one is right across the street from a beach in Delray. There's always a nice breeze here, so a seat at a table out by the curb is a treat. The one piece of critical feedback about the service is that the tables were not being cleaned regularly. We had to clean our own table before we sat down.

I have been to several burger fi locations and was pleasantly surprised at the customer service at the West Delray location. A wonderful lady by Shaneika helped me with a smile on her face and provided excellent service. Rare to find these days so definitely deserving of the recognition when it happens. Thank you again Shaneika!

Such horrible and rude service! When you finally get to counter you are treated so incredibly rude that you’re tempted to say forget it but it’s taken so long to wait, you just have to bite your lip! When I got my order it was inedible because they must have dumped the bottom of the French fry basket right into my bag without draining the extra oil and everything in the bag was absolutely soaked in grease! The rudeness is beyond anything you can accept and the food is disgusting! I live around the corner and it used to be my go to quick bite for dinner but from now on I will get in my car and drive to Habit Burger on Linton and Federal. Their burgers are delicious and their service is stellar in comparison.
