BurgerFi, Pompano Beach FL

The most tasteless burger I've ever tried. Most unfriendly service ever. I don't recommend it to anyone.

This review focuses on the crew. Wow! Is all I have to say. My family and I went to the Pompano Drone show, and did not plan very well. We were hungry and quickly found that places were overwhelmingly busy and shutting down food service and online ordering. I decided waiting in line for Burger-fi was the best bet to get full before the show started. The line was long, they looked a little understaffed, but man. They KILLED it! As a former fast casual manager, I must say that this crew is top notch. They held their composure in what was likely the busiest day of the year for them. No complaints, no eye rolls, no stress was shown from this crew whatsoever. They took orders and brought out food at such a perfectly steady pace is was almost supernatural. While the wait was long due to the line, I made it to the drone show with my family's food with 7 minutes to spare! Having a crew like this would have made life so much easier in my restaurant management days. Burger-fi execs and local management. GIVE THIS WHOLE CREW A RAISE!

My first and last experience at this place. Food was so horrible I had to eat at the pizza restaurant next door. Their picture advertising looks no where near the food I received. I really got cat fished. Please don’t waste your time

The burgers were awesome and so were the fries infact we was about to go there the following day but seen a nice Italian restaurant which the food was awesome and which we went there twice.

Waited a half hour for one burger, and it was not even busy. They forgot about my order. I would go to a different location and avoid this one. Horrible customer service here.

Went to dinner tonight with a group of friends. Hands down the most organized and clean BurgerFi we’ve ever been to.
Staff and team extremely helpful with the best Customer service. Shantay was the best!

Visiting from out of town. We got in a little late and door dash some burgers around 9: 45. Sorry it was late but I ended up with a whatever this is called? Supposed to be a Breakfast all day burger. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this place at all!

I love going there the staff is very nice, place is really clean & food is good. Sometimes i go & just sit for awhile for a peace of mind

A diminishing value. Usually a fan favorite but meals are overpriced for average quality. Also lacks a variety of options for vegan and gluten free guests.

John st.fort I'd the bombest chef back there. Iw up with him what's the most fire meal to get. He's the most am8able, and rocks it at thisvestablishment.

This place is the definition of burgerfi arm pit worst service I have ever received kayla does not deserve to be anywhere near customers she is rude and so unprofessional it's not even funny she is so incompetent about her job can't answer simple questions 10/10 recommend she finds a job where customers are not a priority cayse she caused this business 60 dollars tonight alone and hundreds in the future cause my company will not be back due to her rude remarks

Great gourmet burgers. The CEO and Rodeo burger are excellent. I get the Rodeo and love the burn.

I come to this burger fi often and the service and food is usually great but yesterday as I was ordering the cashier was being very rude and seemed as if I were aggravating her after taking my order i seen that she charged me for a single cheeseburger instead of double and I went to the register to ask her about it and she caught a nasty attitude with me I think they were calling her kayla other than that the food was great and the atmosphere was clean

BurgerFi has always been a family favorite when we come down to Florida. It has been a while since our last visit, and we were very disappointed when we returned this time.

Gone are the days of giant onion rings. Those were the staple of BurgerFi for us. Our order was tiny, overcooked and way too salty.

When ordering, we asked the cashier twice what ingredients we can add and didn't get a straight answer. She didn't hear/ignored us the first time, then only listed sauces the second. When we eventually added our choices by guessing, she suggested mushrooms. She never mentioned they were extra, and may I add that 1.33$ for a tiny portion of mushrooms is just sad.

When we received our burgers, they were not done right. One had all the ingredients we asked for and the other had none, even though we made it clear that we wanted the same ingredients on both. We had to return inside to have it remade and by the time we got them back, the buns were soggy. No apologies were given, nor did they seem to care.

We definitely could have had a much better and filling meal elsewhere for 40$ (for only 2 burgers and onion rings).

Update: I emailed BurgerFi as they requested in their response to my review. It is now the last day of my trip and I never received a reply. They don't truely care about you having a positive experience.

Good location, clean restaurant, average quality but expensive fast food, and unfriendly staff. After we finished our meal, my son went back and asked for a glass of water, but they denied it.

A great burger spot in a very touristy area. Because they’re a chain the prices are cheap but the quality is still very good. It’s right near the pier which means you can grab and go or just sit and enjoy. Lots of seating indoors and some outdoor too. Fun and tasty options and their ice cream options are good too! Very good place overall.
