I’ve been to other Burger Fi and hand’s down the Linton / Delray is the best! Great food and the best customer service

Food was ok. Service was very poor. By the time our food came out which was after about 15 mins which is what we expected, our drinks (shakes) were not ready. The person told us they were coming right up. When after a few minutes they did not appear, I went to check and saw that the cashier who took our order and brought us our food was the same one who was going to be making the shakes she told me she would do that right away. A few mins later I went back and she still had not started as she chose to help other customers that had walked in. I don't think it's too much to expect to have our shakes with our meal not 15 mins after we get our food and are done eating.

This team was outstanding. They, made it so easy. Thank you for taking the time to make it all so good. The Shakes are outstanding.

We ordered burgers and fries for dinner. The taste was good but not the best. The fries quality were below expectations.

Great everything and the customer service was amazing! Halle provides some of the best service in SoFlo! I’d eat at BurgerFi Delray Beach just to see her!

The only good thing about this experience was the nice girl behind the counter. It took 15 minutes to get our order and there was no one else in there. They said it took a while because they had to make new ranch, so our food sat there for 10 minutes waiting. The food was overpriced. We spent $25 on two items.

My 5 star review is pre food bc I’m just so damn impressed with whoever is running the front of house on 11/11/23. Dude with big gauges in your ears, you are doing an outstanding job. Attentive, personable, helpful to your team. I see it. I’m here just enjoying my beer wishing my staff cared half as much as you do. Great job. I’m extremely Impressed by you work ethic. These wings are yummy.

Halle is AMAZING! She deserves a raise and a paid vacation! I came in with my best friend Roxanne and she gave us a huge smile and GREAT service! THE BEST cashier/ waiter and person ever! LOVE HER!

Worst vegetable burger I’ve seen, couldn’t even eat that, looks like some sort of fried plastic. Terrible experience

While with my husband making an order at the cash register an extremely tall man in the kitchen pointed at me and then blew a kiss and winked. It was one of the creepiest experiences I’ve ever had and I immediately canceled my order and left because of how disturbed and scared I was.

I like this BurgerFi location. It’s hard to find parking sometimes because the whole food is in the same lot but there is a dedicated parking lot. The staff here is always friendly and the food is consistent with other BurgerFi’s.

Disappointed in the burger was small not very good fries were Burnt and most fries inedible

The burgers are usually good but I’m disappointed that every time I have visited this location at night the fries are soggy and greasy.

The employees here are so incredibly wonderful. They’re nice, attentive, and accommodating. My order took long to get ready once and the cashier gave me a drink while I waited. This location is one of the more consistent ones in the area as well in terms of quality and service.

Sharissa was an absolute sweet heart and made my friends and I feel welcomed even though it was our first times here! Super patient with us and just all around great at her job!
Also, these burgers were just beyond amazing!

This place is consistently inconsistent with the quality of their Burgers. The Burger is always over cooked and bone dry. I can get a better burger at a fast food restaurant for half the price. I am done done done with this place
