I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at BurgerFi. The service was excellent, the atmosphere inviting, and, most importantly, the burgers were incredibly delicious. I highly recommend BurgerFi for a satisfying and tasty meal.

The burgers are decent but not fantastic. The fries are kind of gross. They were oily, overly salted, and a bit too crunchy for my taste. My real concern is when I went in, the place wasn't very clean and it wasn't crowded. So it's not like they didn't have time to clean the place. It was also really humid in there. So I think there might have been something wrong with their Air conditioning. I just don't know, but I didn't ding them for the humidity.

I ordered through doordash, and it was the worst potato and the worst burger I have ever seen, we threw it in the trash and didn't have the courage to eat it for fear of causing harm. I wouldn't even eat this free food, I ordered it for the first time and never again.

Recently visited this establishment. The food was tasty and received in a promptly time manner. The customer service was great. I would definitely return, if in the area.

Everything was great about the place. Leo was very attentive to us. We forgot to put cheese on our burger when we ordered and he kindly put cheese when they brought it to us (free of charge). Will definitely come back.

Great burgers, but the place looks in disorder and sometimes messy and with trash in the floor and dirty tables.

I was stunned by this place! I left saying "never again". #1) Food was OK but a Double Hamburger Combo (with Onion Rings) was $21! I was shocked as I could go to Chilis in the same parking lot and sit in comfort! #2) You "MUST" order by Kiosk. Selecting the food was not too bad but checking out was complicated. The software ask you to enter a Table Number to make payment. We ended entering a random number. We stood thinking we missed something or pressed the wrong button, so we started over. Now.the worst thing was there were 4 employees standing in the background. #3) An employee kept shouting people's name to deliver the food, the Table Number wasn't even necessary! She was VERY LOUD and then "dragged herself" to the table. #4) Ice machine leaked water all over the floor! THE SAME PERSON DELIVERING THE FOOD WAS MOPPING THE WATER! AGGhhhhhh #5) The Air Conditioning was broken "OR" turned off.
