Hamburgers are very basic. I like that they don't feel like chain restaurant but there are many choices better priced.

The food is filling, delicious and worth every penny. The store mgr (Tim), is people oriented, care about his clienteles and employees. The employees are extremely friendly and totally awesome. I'm definitely returning, as this is my fave hangout spot away from home. Incidentally, I reside in St. John's county and commute all the way here to eat. Hence, what does that tell you. Kudos to mgmt and the staff members.

My first time eating here the place was pretty busy buy that didn't stop them from having friendly and fast service. The food was good and fresh. I also enjoyed the atmosphere.

I ordered the kids jr. Cheeseburger meal. Very delicious and satisfying. Kind of expensive for a kids meal.

Waited over 20 minutes for milk shake.then no whip cream on one of them.looks like they put it on an took it off.the other shake.
Since we were curbside called to get the whip cream on it.but they said they were too busy to help me ugh.

Have ordered online from here 3 times and all 3 times the order was late. This last time, after asking about my order when I first arrived, I waited for 30 minutes to get my order. It was sitting in the wrong staging area for who knows how long. It was at least long enough for my food to be cold. Wanted to grab a manager, but I'd already spent half my lunch break waiting. Wouldn't recommend.

Excellent food. The fried chicken sandwich was awesome. If you get the fries, you have to get them urban style. So good. Only negative is the parking situation. But not going to knock them for that

The taste of these burgers is surprisingly good! Not greasy or messy. I ordered a kids sized meal that included hand cut fries and apple juice, and the portion size was for an adult I can tell. I loved the BurgerFi iron pressed on top of the bun! Service was fast, the restaurant and restrooms clean and fresh. Definitively a must go for burgers.

Anytime I’m on this side of town I love dining in here. Best burger in town. Always greeted by the staff, asked if I enjoyed my order and above all the food is great.

Fries were good, except for the old hard ones included in my serving. Need to be careful about serving rock hard fries for the price we pay. Everything else was good.

Food and service was excellent, the CEO burger was delishish as are all their burgers and the restaurant itself was super clean.

Burger fi is actually really neat! The bacon cheeseburger is one of my all time favorites.i wasn’t familiar with the menu AT ALL but Candice at the register was incredibly helpful and kind. She kept a smile through all my questions and was very pleasant, love her.keep it up guys

My burger and fries were phenomenal but I decided to get a burger that looked very juicy with the option of lettuce replacing the bread. The burger itself was still amazing but it was leaking everywhere due to my mistake. BurgerFi's exclusive lime drink that they serve kinda tastes like soap so avoid that drink if you can. Aside from my troubles the staff was very nice, everyone in my party loved the food, and if I had more money I'd come back a lot more often

Hand to God, best burger I've ever had from a fast casual restaurant. Cajun fries didn't taste very cajun, but they still tasted great. I will definitely be back. It is worth the extra money for the quality!

Dreadfully busy sometimes, but it's one of my main stops whenever I'm in Jax, and it's never disappointed me. The heat lamps are a blessing in cold weather.

Awesome burgers, clean shop, good free WiFi. What's not to like? Also- excellent onion rings! Fried chicken sandwich rocks too! Very busy at lunch.

Not as good as St John's town center. Onion rings where not cooked fully. Also barely got any fries and 3 onion rings.

Omg Candice is the best.she was very helpful with the menu and even when we was eating she came out and check on us and also she recommended the burgerfi homemade ranch and it was good. The back of the house crew Edwin, Blue, and Ri the burgers was amazzzinnnngggg.defly coming back soon with more of my family. Thank yall again.
