17I paid 225 dollars for my car to be diagnosed and I got no diagnosis. I will be letting everyone I know to not use your store for service and have heard many story’s of the same thing. I don’t feel o should have been charged when I did not receive a diagnosis. I was not given what I paid for and what I was told I would get for 225 dollars
Service is great. They just need a rental car Service closer or at the facility so that people will have something to drive when leaving their vehicle for Service.
This is my second visit with burkins and both times was amazing! From start to finish service advisor Al Davis kept me informed and everyone there is very friendly and helpful

Very satisfied with the service. I set an appointment by phone. When I arrived they went to work with servicing my vehicle. Which was great. The turnaround was quick.
I took my truck in to a service appointment on 12/11/2023 with a detailed list of symptoms that it was showing. The fuel gauge was reading wrong, the “check engine” light was on in the display, and both remotes stopped working at the exact same time. Over a year ago, the truck was taken to this same dealer, as the body control module had failed, and, they replaced it at that time. When they called and said my truck was ready and I went to pick it up, none of the items on the list that I had left them was repaired, and, the service team member tried to sell me a couple of new remotes with a charge for “programming” them. While in the care of Burkins Chevrolet, Macclenny, Florida, I noticed that my truck’s windshield had been broken. I pointed this out to the service member that brought my truck up from their service bay. They acted like they did not see the high crack across my windshield. Upon inspecting the truck while at the dealership, I noted that nothing had been fixed on it. Unfortunately, I had already paid $467 for the repair while waiting for my truck to come up front from their service bay. I won’t ever make that mistake again! They finally acknowledged that nothing had been repaired and said that they would try again. They will replace the windshield that they damaged and fix my truck, or, they will find themselves in court.
The experience was great. No high pressure sales tactics, like the ones in Jacksonville. I told them what I wanted and they were able to get it for me. Very accommodating. Love the laid back atmosphere.
Mr. Davis is always so nice and helpful. I wouldn't take my Chevy for service anywhere else!
We use them for our company and always have a good experience with them. If they don't have parts I need they will find it or order it

Went to see about a car for my granddaughter. The dealership is an older one, but the staff are great. We had no problems deciding on the car and Justin, Paul, JD and Dustin made it happen and kept us engaged so that the time went by quickly. It was the best car buying experience I've had. We were in with her trade and on the road home in just over 2 hours. We left feeling like we'd just added to our family.
Excellent customer service, always so friendly, I had to wait longer due to a recall but I was offered a ride to get lunch if needed.
Al, in service always goes above & beyond to make sure I am happy when I leave. My salesman Paul, will still answer any questions I have even after buying my new vehicle & when I am at the dealership always makes sure he speaks & ask me how I am doing:) Everyone from the sales dept, service, cashiers, parts, mechanics are always so pleasant.
I had a scheduled oil change and mentioned to Al Davis that I was hearing a weird noise that sounded like it may be coming from the transmission. Al verified what I was hearing, and unfortunately the transmission needed to be replaced. He was very diligent in working with my extended warranty company to determine if the repairs were covered, answering all of their questions and walking the inspector through what was going on. Unfortunately the repair was denied, however Al bent over backwards to try and get it covered. Thank you Al, I truly appreciate all of your help!

I was very pleased with the professional and courtesy of Burkins Chevrolet. There were no hidden costs or fees. They explained everything to me as we went and followed up to make sure I was satisfied.
Just went in for a recall for my airbag, but the service department was awesome. Very friendly, even though they were short staffed they still got me in and out pretty fast. I'll definitely be going back to get my actual services done.
