DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUT TIME! THEY NEVER HAVE MORE THAN 1 REGISTER OPEN NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF THE DAY YOU COME. YOU CAN COME AS SOON AS THEY OPEN AND STILL HAVE A 20 MINUTE LINE WAIT! THE INVENTORY IS A WHILE ISSUE ON ITS ON. THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED!

Cashier are very slow and don't seem to care about anything then the manager came and did absolutely nothing.

The supervisor white women black hair was the worst supervisor I’ve ever seen. The way she spoke to a customer that was trying to return his items was completely out of line. It was the worst thing to witness someone being talked to like that by someone who has the title of a supervisor. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE LIKE THAT. She was extremely loud and rude and the customer was being nothing but respectful with a calm voice meanwhile she was screaming acting like a maniac. She needs to be removed immediately.

Only two chas registers open for the big line that after 10 minutes did not move anywhere.left the merchandise and left at that pace it would take me at least 45bmin to an hour to get to the register and pay.people upset.no one at the store cared much for what was happening.sad big store good merchandise.but no care enought to get the lines moving to make those sale and profit.store not oroperly ran by management

Omg the most useless slow and inefficient checkout checkout ever. Was in line for a good 20 mins. Pathetic. The store has nice stuff and good prices but the vibe is depressing

This location is very clean, it has a decent selection of clothes and products, and the pricing is actually affordable as well. Sunday afternoons aren't busy, so in terms of crowdedness, this location is better than the one in Sawgrass.

THE GROSSEST BATHROOMS I HAVE BEEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE! ONLY PLUS ABOUT THIS STORE IS THE HOME GOODS SECTION, INCREDIBLE!

A lot.a lot of everything but you always find something special to buy.nice employees and clean bathrooms.

Nice big store but they need to reopen the dressing rooms, it stinks to have to purchase stuff, take it home to try on and then return a bunch of it.

Very disappointed at the older white female at the cash register I pick up a sale item, which has 3 items together, theres other similar pjyjamas in the same style, she made me walk back to end of store to bring back proof there was similar items, no apology, stated a tag was missing, if it was not to be sold sold, tell the customer politely its a store fault, I dont tag your garments in store, I came to purchase item, it.insulinsulting a customer like that, insinuating I

Close to an hour waiting to pay, the manager didn't care to show up after complaining about the long waiting

The manager of the store attended me! A black woman very rude and pouting! A very unpleasant attitude! I never go back to that store! In others they serve people better. I don’t know how does the store hire unprofessional people like that! I never ever go back to this store! Horrible!

Until that ytlady at the check out register looked at me as if i wanted to steal a tiny backpack i wanted for my baby i forgot was hanging over my shoulder that i forgot to pay for that i walked back into the store to tell her i didn't pay for it and that i needed it looked at me and told me the customer that returned the item to pay for it that she would have chased me and what they would have done to me after i spent almost a thousand dollars with her register on two different occasions the same day because i was undecisive about what to take on my vacation the same lady that i asked to take off a buzzer from a garment they forgot to pull off and i was unable to wear it to my event causing me to get something else i didn't want to get this same lady had the nerve to call me out and for that she gave me fight chills she took the one star overall i love the store except for that
