Clothing Store Burlington reviews
15This large store is a fun place to shop. You never know what you're gonna find. Even the snacks near the registers are good. I shop through the year for small christmas gifts. Prices and services are good. The only thing I don't like is how messy it is.
Used to be a great place to shop; however the clientele has brought the place down. I live in the neighborhood and it’s not the same.
There is no way to find anything, People leave a trail where they go and there are almost no employees
Eveything was clean and organized compared to other Burlingtons, but when walking in the is a strong purfume smell. We went in and then looked in four areas. Same stuff they always have. Nothing worth going back for, but the place was clean and put up.
I like to shop at Burlington. However, I hate to wait in long lines for so long because they have been understaffed since Covid. Like many other customers, after waiting for about an hour, my patience runs out, and I just give up on waiting. It's a shame because often, you can find great deals there.
I love shopping here, you never know what goodies you'll find. I always find cute outfits, housewares & more at very decent prices.
Filthy.

Revised: in December.
I see the change in leadership because the store is now organized! Good job
This location has gone way downhill over the past year. Everything is always strung about and messy. Trash/loose items all over the ground. And it doesn't matter what time of day you go, it's always a mess. This was once my go to quick shop for clothes etc for years. This place needs an overhaul from corporate ASAP.
They used to have the maternity clothes on one side by the baby clothes, now they are no where to be found. I asked two associates who told me clearly they didn’t know where they were, and that previous customers had just asked about maternity clothes as well. I was told to go look on the plus sizes and hopefully find something I can wear. I hope they resolve this quickly. That was very disappointing.
Filthy. I went to pick up a box containing a multi purpose kitchen tool and it was drenched in a liquid substance. My hands were sticky from then on. Gross. As I walked along another isle I saw more liquids spilled all over counters. They don't ever clean this store, it looks like. I won't be returning.
Honestly, this is the worst Burlington I've ever been to. Large store, scarce selections, too little inventory, too many people.
Fitting rooms were closed and the place looked well run through by customers, but not a bad place to go for a decent deal on clothing.
Spent a good hour loading up on clothes before seeing the fitting rooms are closed. Since I don't shop much I need to try things on I'm not exactly sure my size anymore. Ended up leaving all my merchandise up front. Off to Amazon to do a try before you buy I guess. I tried, but this is why brick and mortar retail is dead. They don't even care to try to compete anymore.
I was so surprised to see this store in such disarray touch disarray I cannot believe this store is in Saint Lucie West They mean more staff and things need to be straight on the shelves
Went to Burlington today to browse. After finding a dress and a bathing suit, I headed for the dressing room which was closed. It appears that the store is under some renovation.
This however does not excuse the items thrown all over the place nor the lack of checkout people. This store is in total disarray. I walked out without buying anything. Not sure if I will go back.
