Something really bad happened with the quality and variety. It's not the same like before. VERY ugly clothes and short in boys selection.

I like this new store. Easy to find what you looking for and the employees are super helpful.

Found great deals on the clothing I was looking for. Levi at the register was friendly and helpful. I'm bringing my son here for some school clothing tomorrow. Great store.

I went to Palm Harbor store and had the worst experience. I had a basket full of items and it was around 4 O'clock in the afternoon. When I proceeded to check out there were 5
people in front of me. I have an invisible illness and CANNOT stand in long lines because I have neurocardiogenic syncope. I kindly asked the cashier if she could call for another cashier and she DECLINED and told me everyone was in a meeting! If you don't like your job Kay or people you should quit! This location does not care about customer service. Regardless of my health condition which I shouldn't have to announce to the world there should be more staff working the registers! She refused to get help so I left my shopping cart there. All $200.hope you get fired to the fat, worthless grumpy lazy cashier that doesn't know how to call for back up! Don't shop at this sad establishment! Take your sign down if you don't mean what you say!

The store has everything and anything at a great price. A great new addition to Palm Harbor.

It's a Burlington. Just like every other Burlington. A bit chaotic with bargains mixed in with lots of other items.

I was racially profiled by Nicholas and the
manager. I went into this brand-new store
for the first time, made a short purchase, left to take my kids home, and then returned to look for clothing. The fitting room was empty when I arrived after doing some browsing, but Nicolas soon arrived and started acting
strangely. However, before I arrived, no one was manning the fitting room. I noticed
Nicolas was giving me an odd look. I tried on a few things, and he was still there, squirming and acting strangely. I enquired about his name. On the earphone, the manager inquired about what I had said, and Nicholas responded that she had posed a dumb question. The store manager and Nicolas made their anti-Black bias evident as I was shopping. Also, their discrimination alters my shopping experience in this store. These are not people who should be in retail dealing with customers because it is racist behavior. I feel violated embarrassed and something needs to be done. Please say to call the store to speak to someone because I spoke to the manager and she was begging me not to report this. Her exact words, “ as one retail associate to another let’s talk this out. ” Because I have worked in retail and I know and understand I was being racially profiled. This disgusting and both Nicholas and store manager should be FIRED immediately!

Smaller than other Burlingtons I've been to. I didn't see a good selection. It's September and all they had for Halloween stuff was one small stand.

The best Burlington I have ever been in. Very clean, tons of selection, staff was very friendly. Clothes were lovely, holiday decorations were amazing, just to name a couple of great things I looked at.
