Burney's Septic Tank Service Inc., St. Augustine FL

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My septic was backing up in the house called them they said they would be out sometime today. They called within 10 mins and were at my house in 30. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Several months ago we had a house full of out of state family and our septic pump quit. Yikes! We were in a panic and my husband called Burney's. They came out within an hour and replaced the pump. I could not believe how fast and professional they were. We will definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone with septic issues.

We called them Friday morning and within an hour they were here found our problem quickly and fixed it and then we asked them to check the tank and glad we did. It was completely full. We will definitely refer them to others

This is our second experience with Burney's and they were fantastic on both occasions! We had an issue with our septic (step) tank late yesterday evening and called first thing this morning assuming we would probably have to wait for someone to come out. A super sweet girl answered the phone and was so great! She said she would definitely get someone out today, but couldn't promise when. I don't think it was even an hour later that someone arrived. Super friendly guy, found the issue quickly (it wasn't just full!), repaired it and saved the day.and even saved us some money!
Two things that stand out- 1. They show up. 2. They are super efficient and honest. It's hard to find that in any industry these days! We will definitely use them again and recommend that if you need septic tank service, you call Burney's first.
