I can't say enough on how satisfied I was with the service. I had multiple things needing to be addressed and the Burton's did them all. Plus gave me some excellent advice moving forward. I thought the cost was fair and reasonable.

David is very prompt, courteous, and is a great communicator. He is an expert in his field, and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our oven. He had to send off for parts, but assured me that our oven would be back in use before Thanksgiving, which it certainly was. I will recommend Burton's services to anyone that asks - these are great people who care about what they do, and who they do it for.

Burton’s gave me what I consider real old-fashioned service—the real thing! My ice maker stopped working and so they set an appointment but also requested some photos so that perhaps David could take a look and fix it over the phone. Which he did! They were pleasant and patient and described well the fix. It was magic! Who gives service like that any more? Not many businesses! I cannot recommend Burton’s highly enough.

I initially phoned a competitor to repair my dryer's heating element, however, they were extremely booked and couldn't promise me a timeframe. After 2 weeks of waiting on stand-by, I cancelled my request with the competitor and phoned BURTON'S APPLIANCE who was able to schedule me for that Saturday (which was great, since Saturdays are my least busiest day). From the moment I called BURTON'S, I knew I was in good hands. The lady who answered the phone had the most warm and pleasant personality. David arrived on time and had to work in a very tight laundry space (God bless him), but was able to fix my dryer within an hour. He suggested I get my vent, lint screen, and trap cleaned since it had never been done in 9 years of living in my house, explaining that a fire hazard might exist. I immediately scheduled to have a professional dryer vent cleaner come out who revealed that yes, my vents, lint screen, and trap were severely clogged and in poor condition, thus creating a serious fire hazard. So thank you BURTON'S APPLIANCE for not only fixing our dryer, but for suggesting we hire a professional company to clean our vents which I believe saved us from potential life-threatening danger.p. S. David recommended 3 different vent cleaners in my local area and I went with the most expensive vent cleaner; it was money well spent. Lastly, BURTON'S APPLIANCE charged an honest & reasonable rate and David cleaned up after himself, leaving my laundry room cleaner than when he found it. My husband and I will be calling BURTON'S again if we ever need another appliance repaired. BURTON'S is truly the best!

I was so impressed by this company. On time, professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the LG washer. The repair was quick and quiet. I will most definitely use them again and I recommend them highly.

I recently thought my gas stove top was not working. I called about 4 companies to come and fix it. The only company that ever called me back was Burton on the same day I called them. The nice woman on the phone immediately fit me in their schedule! When David arrived it turns out my stove top had no issues at all! David immediately reported that to me and I only paid a trip charge. I really respected his honesty for that. I definitely recommend this company. They are very kind, organized and honest.

We were very pleased with Burton's! They collected information in advance of the appointment (including conveniently allowing us to text pictures/videos of what we were seeing on our end) to make sure they could address the issues we were having. Appointments were confirmed via text. We also appreciated the text reminders and the call when the technician was 15 minutes out. David was kind, communicative, and fixed all issues in a timely fashion. We will definitely be using Burton's again to extend the life of our appliances.

I called Burton’s because my dryer stopped heating. Sarah was great when I booked the appointment and David, our Technician, was efficient, courteous, and answered all of my questions. Would recommend!

My 2 yr old washer was having some issues, called them up and David came out to diagnosis the problem. Very friendly and professional. Got it fixed about a week later when the part came in. Reasonably priced, overall was cheaper than replacing the washer. Would use them again.

We needed help with a broken icemaker in a Kitchenaid fridge/freezer. Initially had repairman from Orlando (scheduled through Kitchenaid Website). But that technician was not very knowledgeable, and we felt like we were getting ripped off when he suggested repairs.

We then called Burtons Appliance Repair. Their repairman showed up on time.was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through what was likely wrong with the fridge and gave us several options on what needed to be done to fix it.

We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Gainesville area that has a appliance in need of repair.
