Butler Air services our business' extremely large commercial a/c units. Kodi is always willing to solve problems, no matter the size. They are quick to respond and easy to deal with. This prompted me to call them for my personal equipment when my pool heater went out. Realizing they are not in the pool business but the equipment is similar, I was just looking for guidance as I was not getting good or any guidance from "pool repair specialists". After working a FULL day, Kodi and Shannon came out to my house around 8: 30 in the evening to look at my pool heater, IN THE DARK by flashlight. Kodi gave a diagnosis and says, "I can handle this for you if you want". My surprised look, I said perfect. Three days later, I was sitting in my hot tub at 104 degrees. Side note: I had contacted 3 pool equipment repair companies to look pool heater. One charged me $100 to come out and determine he would need to send another technician to look at it to figure it out. Another just quoted me replacement cost before coming to diagnose the problem and the third, I still haven't heard back from & this was 3 months ago! Recommend highly BUTLER AIR SOLUTIONS!

Shotty work id be careful I had them replace a unit and they sold me a York it worked for a few months then had major issues with the unit not running right Kodi had to come out multiple times just to try and fix multiple times so I called up another company and they said the unit wasn’t good and that they over charged the system.

They installed and maintain my central air, pool heater, and de-humidifier. Very neat and professional installation! I have OCD real bad and their work meets top standards. Fair priced and good family business that you can trust
