Butler Plaza West, Gainesville FL

Honestly, it's been up and down, more down than up. Our last time here was back in November, and I don't see going back anytime soon.

After my 1st review I was contacted by the GM. He assured me that the issues I experienced were not the norm and asked that I give them another shot. I did and OMG was I ever so thankful that I did. It was everything I'd heard about and better. From service to pace to food.it was phenomenal. Thank you Mr Weeks for listening and following up with your customers. You taking the time was honestly what made me decide to go back. You turned a bad experience into a positive one with me. I look forward to trying many of the menu items that Ford's has to offer.

Great place to have a day out with the family. Plenty of fun stores to shop at and good choices for grabbing a bite to eat. Parking is good and the parking lot is well maintained.

But watch what you spend.
Add 1 penny tax to your bill for maintenance purposes.
It's bad enough what they charge for store lease but they want to nickel and dime the costumers too.

We went to the My Eye Doctor that is in that plaza. We were well pleased with the exam and service there.

We actually went to this plaza to go to the lottery place. My husband won $1,000 on a scratch off ticket. It was fast and friendly.

Love the place I honestly think overall this place makes best bugers around. Always great atmosphere and staff.

If I could rate Butler plaza I would. The plaza has too many was in and out. The owners need to close the was in and so there would be maybe one or two entries and exits. Because people use Butler plaza as a short cut. Not to stop and shop. Butler plaza is just a accident waiting to happen.

Terrible Name for Business! Good thing some people wandered into this store in the beginning as the name gives nothing away! By word of mouth those people shared what they saw! You must know the name as it is a Destination Store for holidays especially Christmas. Perfect store for Newlyweds as unique items to decorate with.

Shopping mall. Confusing parking lot. Lots of stores. What would you expect in a shopping mall?

Very nice high-end stores. If you go to Ford's Garage diner make sure you check in I'm still waiting for them to call me for my lunch setting. That was 4 weeks ago. But according to miss snooty at the hostess stand I'm next on the list.

You'd think this being such a nice area this area, there would be adequate security measures. However, it is unfortunate to note the prevalence of numerous homeless individuals operating an open drug market in close proximity to the Target store. The parking lots are littered with discarded needles, and aggressive panhandling is rampant. Moreover, people are camping right on the outskirts of the property. It is my sincere hope that the relevant authorities and stakeholders will promptly devise a solution to address these continuing issues.
