Butter's Burgers, Tampa FL

The best part of this place is the view. The service was OK because the servers are very sweet and kind. But the servers didn’t bring out my nachos and when they did bring the nachos out, they were very soggy and wilted nachos. The server said she was, not sure when they were made and I asked if they were fresh. She didn’t know when they were made, but they had been in the window. They actually got brought out to me with my main entrée which at that point me finding out they were soggy I didn’t really want them anymore but she insisted to go and replace them. The next nachos came out so fast that I’m pretty sure there’s no way they could’ve made that set fresh. The restaurant wasn’t very busy. I seem to be the only one with nachos for an appetizer. The next nachos were still soggy in the bottom definitely I do not recommend the nachos. I ordered the shrimp and salmon the shrimp was good. The salmon was a little fishy. My kids got burgers and there was something crunchy inside one of the burgers. I don’t know what it was. I had a bite to check it out and there was a big piece of grissle in the burger. Sorry, but this was a disappointing visit.
Also, I’m editing to add that they were out of any type of juice. They said they only had bar types of juice. Because originally I had asked for apple juice for the kids. So since they had bar juice, they said they had orange juice and I thought that would be good, but they came back and said the orange juice looked weird. So I asked for the pineapple juice and told them if they didn’t have that to bring out sprite. End of story they brought out sprite and charged me for two orange juices which was a couple bucks more than soda pop. All in all probably won’t go back, but if you just want a nice view and don’t really care to get much to eat, it might be OK.

Server was super friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. Got the Chili Con Queso and East Polk Street burger with a Florida Sunset. Highly recommend.

Although the establishment is nice I received terrible service, mediocre food at best, and it absolutely felt like a waste of money I will definitely not go back.

Great place to grab a burger, though it's on a busy street so parking can be tricky.
Burgers do taste premium, so that's a plus. I say this is worth the money if you're with friends and want to have a drink together with some decent food that isn't TOO bar foodish.

As a meat lover, I was thrilled with this spot we found across the street from Curtis Hixon Park.

The East Polk Street burger was super tasty, with its sweet crusted bacon and a fried egg.

The Franklin Street Burger, (what I ordered) was a savory classic with brisket, pork belly, bacon and melted cheese. Loved it. The fries were perfect - crispy, salty, not overcooked.

The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the experience. My only turn down were the floors that were extremely greasy.

The outdoor seating is cozy, with great lighting and heaters for cooler nights.

Overall, this place is a fantastic find, especially for burger lovers. It's definitely worth a visit!

We stopped in because we were across the street. Most likely will not return. We stopped around lunch. The tables were full outside but no one inside. Although the server was nice, it took forever for us to be able to place an order and even longer to receive our food or refills on our drinks. The food was ok, nothing special.

Fantastic to sit outside and watch people and traffic go by! Always entertaining. Loved the food, especially the blueberry burger. Wow. Our wait-person was great!

The burgers were great as well as the fries. The staff were very eager to help, especially since they had lost my order that I placed online. However, they got to my order quickly to make up for that.

A wonderful restaurant for a wonderful experience! Stopped by this restaurant while enjoying the Tampa Riverwalk and I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning quality of this restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere are all 5 stars from me!

FOOD: I personally recommend the East Polk Street burger, as my table was fighting for a bite! It is delightfully sweet from their crusted bacon, while holding a great flavor from their beef and fried egg. My second favorite burger here was the Franklin Street Burger, which is just a great, savory, and classic burger with a fun twist of brisket! Both these plates were served with DELICIOUS fries, perfectly balanced with crispiness, saltiness, and softness. My table also enjoyed the burger flight, and I can say that the Ashley St is very good too! Not as high on my list as the first two, though.

SERVICE: The staff were so kind and charismatic. We were attended to thoroughly and I really appreciated how our waitress made sure to communicate well with us throughout dinner. The wait was a bit long for our meals but it wasn’t an issue for me. While we waited, we enjoyed the music and beautiful view!

ATMOSPHERE: Speaking of atmosphere, you just HAVE to eat here on a beautiful Tampa night! This place is definitely trendy, with the best current music hits playing (without it being annoying) and staff wearing casual dark fits with things like crop tops. As a college student I felt at home! They really hit the mark with the atmosphere. There is great seating outside with beautiful warm lighting, PLUS heaters for chilly nights! You can even choose your seat when you sit outside.

Overall, I think I was lucky to find this place on a night where it wasn’t as busy. Try this place out, it’s worth it!

Food was forgettable and probably could get the same quality at a five guys. Service was entry level. Appetizers came out after the food was served. Refills not existent.

Excellent food, excellent staff. Our server Meg was an absolute pleasure and made great recommendations for our party. She was attentive and had a great disposition.

This is the first time I ever saw a flight of burgers and I was very pleased with the offerings. They were cooked perfectly, juicy, and absolutely delicious.

We found this place by accident walking around Curtis Hixson Park, which is conveniently located across and I am glad we did. They have a lot of interesting burgers and I really like that they have a burger flight which lets you try a couple different options if you can’t decide which one you want! The burgers are all delicious.the fries are not bad but I have had better. I’ve also had the coconut shrimp there, which is delicious.

I had finny as our server and she was the best! Super nice and attentive, food was great! Def recommend, finny was on point:)

I had an amazing espresso martini at the bar. They make the espresso fresh so it is fantastic! A good sports bar.
