These people are con men. I sent in an iPhone 12 Pro Max and they came back with an insulting offer after wrongful claims of my phones condition.
This phone has never been without a screen protector, when I declined their offer and got my phone back it arrived with scratches all over the screen. It looks like they took a screw driver and stabbed the screen multiple times, it’s obvious it was done by some kind of tool.

Def gives the best value. I would def recommend paying for the expedited set if as they pretty much did it the same day it arrived. I have another one out there that’s taken a few days. Most bang for buck go with these guys!

Typical bait and switch operation. Online offer regardless of device condition is not what they pay. Once your device is inspected they’ll “find” issues that reflect a much lower value. I sent in my iPhone 13 Pro Max that had been in a case since it was new, admittedly it didn’t have a screen protector so the screen did have some light scratches (no cracks or damage) so I selected “good” condition on their questionnaire since it was not in excellent condition due to the normal wear and tear on the screen surface. This reflected $570 value. We’re talking 3-4 2mm scratches on the glass itself only visible in certain lighting and angles. Everything else from a functionally standpoint was in perfect working order and condition. Once the device was received they claimed the “rear camera had grey spots, and the scratches on the glass were not normal wear and tear and reduced the offer by $140 down to $430. I complained and they upped it to “fair” which on their site says $500, yet they only would pay $445, due to just wanting to get paid and not having to wait another week or more to get my device back I accepted this offer, but that’s probably what they expect you to do. They have the upper hand and your device. Buying these devices in good condition for way under market is their scheme. Beware. The offer you get is NOT what they’ll pay, doesn’t matter what the actual condition is.

Easy to use (identify product, unit status, price, mailing and tracking. Great process - Price is reasonable and the confirmation is provided in a reasonable time. Payment is also completed in a reasonalbe timeframe.

I had a nice phone to sell, but it had a charging issue. I wanted to be done with it. I told buybacktronics what I had, and they told me what they would pay. I sent it in, and they paid exactly what they quoted to me. Easy. No complaints. Nice customer service.

Phone I sent in had no scratches on screen or case. I sent it in with a screen protector sheet from my new phone and wrapped in soft packing. I took a video of me wrapping it and tilted it in the light to show no scratches were on it. Buy back said it had lots of light scratches and one deep scratch on screen. I accepted their reduced value rather than argue. But they did lie about it.

Fast, convenient, and was surprised at how much money I received for my phone. Will use again.

The process couldn't have been easier. The only reason I'm giving four instead of five stars is BuyBackTronics lowered the original estimated payment amount by $10 claiming there were scratches on the phone's screen. I know the phone was flawless when I mailed it to them but it wasn't worth them mailing the phone back and then starting the process over with a new company for $10 (and they probably realize this).
