Watch out for the terrible communication with these guys, with yourself as a customer and the carriers they find. The carriers they find seem top notch. Updates with MoveWheels are null until last minute and the price will be higher than what they quote. But they will get it done.

Beware, a terrible company. Don't waste your money or time!
Given quote to shift my car was $950, but charged $1450 when it was shifted. They increased the price the day before pickup, so all the other companies were booked by then and you have no option but to accept their high price. The company is irresponsible for any discussion or agreement that they had with you. They will fake you by all the means they can.

The car was delivered safely, the driver was very nice. However, we were scammed, like so many others! A $500 quote turned out to be more than double! And we didn’t have a choice. It seems that this is very prevalent in this industry! Buyer beware!

So here we go……. I am a new RV owner/traveler and went with this company because the price was good for us to pay which was 1,600. I called 2 weeks before to get the RV towed to give them plenty of time to find a driver for the price quoted. The day before our pick up, I get a call from Stacy G, (our rep) that the truck driver is upping his price since he’s the only driver available and that we have pay more than the original quotes price so I did agree to pay under duress since it was the day before and I’ve already signed a contract for the original 1,600.00.
Then, the day of pick up, I have 2 drivers that arrived to pick up our RV and no one knows from Movewheels what’s going on. I was promised a call back from Vicky (secretary of Stacy) that she’s call me back with the correct info, and didn’t. So I had to call back at 9am and figure out the miscommunication between one of the drivers and Movewheels. Stacy from Movewheels blamed the incident on the first driver and then proceeded to tell me that I signed the contract for the agreed price and that’s all there was to it and that I have no choice but to pay.
They do not care about ethics when it comes to being quoted a reasonable price then extorting a higher price the day before the move and blaming it on the driver.
I do not recommend going with this company because they do not uphold their quotes OR empathizing with the stress of their customers who have to deal with an unknown situations that the company has created.

Excellent service, they gave me more than what I expected.very good.they sent photos of before and after delivery.they brought my car from Pennsylvania to Austin, TX.

WARNING! This company should be closed down by law enforcement for fraud! They promise and guarantee a good rate, then falsify the documents with higher numbers and fraudulently charge your credit card.

When you ask for an estimate they keep calling you and sending you emails, they have been calling me for a month and they stop.stop it

I had a pickup truck shipped from Long Island to New Mexico and Rebecca was the one that made it happen with exact information a friendly driver picked it up when he said he was coming and my son in New Mexico got it in two days with no problems would recommend to all VERY IMPRESSED THANK YOU!

Easy to set-up. The price went up over the course of 3 weeks leading up to the car pick-up to find a driver. Good communication about what was going on. Delivery was a few days later than requested.

They are going to bait and switch you. 2 days before pick up they scramble to find a driver then wouldn't answer when I tried to call. Then 2 days later they said they found a driver but it was going to be double the price. The driver said he would have it to me in 2 days. 1 week later I got my motorcycle at 11pm.

They will quote a price then find a driver who wants more than 2x more and pressure you to take it. Keep saying no. They then come back at 1.75x. No. Then 1.5x. If you try to cancel they will charge you a $200 cancelation fee. Finally agreed to a price slightly above the quote.

Then the driver doesn’t show up. But they have “5 business days” to find another driver. Yep. At a higher price.

Finally got it shipped for only slightly above the original quote but it was a week of arguing and constant phone calls.

And the drivers are completely uncommunicative during the drive. Only have sporadic updates. Asked them to text when two hours out. They didn’t. Just showed up at a random time.

It’s all very unprofessional. I would never use this service again.

Scammers. They don’t have the trucks. Jake Sanchez is just a middle man, makes you sign a contract and he does his best to make you cancel the trip.then sends a charge to your credit card. Be careful.

They were clear with pricing and the driver went above and beyond to get my vehicle to its destination.

Irene Nowak made the process smooth and was very professional. She is a great employee and amazing customer service. She is a wonderful example and spokesperson for the type of service the company provides.

Excellent Service. Gotcha was a ver friendly and helpful driver. He went way beyond my expectations when he transported our boat to New York from Florida. He literally saved me from what could have been a disaster. Thank you.

Used enclosed shipping for a '40 Buick Special Deluxe 4 door street rod. Picked up in Minnesota at 9: 30 PM on 8/29. Delivered in Indiana at 2: 30 PM ON 8/30. No damage. Great communication. Movewheels did a great job as did the delivery driver.

Was a little more $ then I expected, but once they gave a price they kept to it, and they were able to pick up the car the day I reserved, and the Maine thing is the car came complete

I booked with this company because they had 3.5 stars on Google. I think most of the 5 star reviews are probably fake.
Similar experience to what most other have said, they called the day before the vehicle is due to be picked up and said the price would be more than 2x the quoted price. (30 miles, not interstate).
They have a weasel clause in their contract that allows then 5 days past when it's due to be picked up counting on either extorting you with their jacked up price or sticking you with a cancellation fee.
Sleazy company, stay away.
