I read other reviews before booking the rental vacation. The house is wonderful as others said: beautiful, relaxing, privacy, close to everything, and quiet when you rest. The management was quick to provide service too. The price is fair for a family of six. So, if those factors are what you look for, then the house is the place.

Great house, in one of our favorite neighborhoods, for our annual family vacay of 3 adults + 6 kids (young adult age to 8yrs). Home is roomy enough for everyone to be comfortable and break away whenever needed. The place was clean (for which I’m a huge stickler), nicely decorated, well-appointed and stocked with all the necessities for cooking, cleaning, etc. The full-size washer/dryer was a must for our long stay with 2 families with kids in-tow. Plenty of linens for bed/bath though we had to grab additional washcloths at HomeGoods (not a big deal). There’s pool towels, beach chairs, pool floats, a cooler, and some beach toys which is convenient for daily pool/beach days. The gas grill had 2 full propane tanks… so we never worried about running out. Pool is cleaned twice a week and Pool guy was nice and gave some local food recs that was much appreciated! Beach is walkable, though there isn’t access to the neighborhood beach club entrance. Publix is a short drive away. Overall the home & yard is well-kept (which we’ve learned the hard way is not always the case w/ vacation rental homes). There’s a nice covered deck w/ outdoor dining table and the pool-deck is nice, clean, and in good condition. We would definitely return to this place in the future.

Awesome management company. They bent over backwards to help us with anything we needed during our stay. Our home was beautiful, clean, and full of any amenities we could possibly need for our stay!

The property was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy your vacation stay! The management service was very responsive and informative when needed.

The location is perfect! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, or an ice cream in the downtown area. Walk to Publix for groceries or fill up the car and walk to spend the day at the beach. We really did not need to drive our car once we arrived at Casa Aquabella.

The pool and hot tub was a highlight for our stay!

The management company contacted me when they found my jewelry box after I left and arranged my shipping preference for the safe return.

The layout of the house is perfect to accommodate multiple family members. The kitchen was designed to be very functional, from serving easy snacks to full gourmet meals. The bedrooms are all large. Two on the left-hand side of the house and two on the right. The center of the house is huge and has several table and sofa displays that are perfect for having a glass of wine at the end of the day and yet far enough away from the bedrooms so that you do not disturb anyone. The house was impeccably decorated. The pool is exactly what we were looking for! Big, clean and beautiful! The private beach is less than half a block away, and the lighthouse was beautiful, especially at night. The neighborhood was very quiet in both the daytime and the night. We hated to leave! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of five and grandparents! We truly enjoyed this home, all the amenities and the outdoor area with warm clean pool and amazing hot tub. Excellent location, extremely close to the beach and Lauderdale pier, shopping, and great restaurants. Service was superb, immediately responsive to any questions, we would definitely return to this home! Thank you BTSVV!

This house has everything that we needed for a perfect vacation. The management team was excellent, they kept us informed about weather related issues that were happening all around the area in a timely manner. The house has a great layout and the kitchen is fully equipped. It is easy to get around and there are some restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We will definitely return.

Casa Rella is a gem! It's comfortable, nicely decorated, and well equipped for meal prep. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and cleaning supplies. Fabulous outdoor space for sun & shade. The house and pool were very clean. Very quiet, safe location. Convenient for shopping & dining, a short drive to Pompano Beach. The host promptly answered our questions before and during our stay.

The rental was clean, well equipped and great location. The pool was wonderful and the house was spacious. Also, great communication from beginning to end of rental.
