They are always nice, pleasant and kind. Even when I called today to ask questions about heel shortening he took the time to speak to me and give me advice.

Byron is the only person I trust with protecting and caring for my shoes, especially my Christian Louboutin dress shoes. Casali sole protectors are a must and Byron knows what he is doing!
