My husband and I could not have been happier with Mr. Bryd’s both professionalism and expertise. When my husband was faced with a very lengthy sentence on the table of up to 15 years in prison it was the most terrifying and heartbreaking situation We had ever been through. We had been working with another attorney that was awesome as well but just could not get through to the prosecutor on this case who wanted no less than five years in DOC and if it went to trial he could face the max, 15 YEARS! The state held at that position for a long time and it was clear we hit a road block. That is When Mr. Bryd came on the case. With a few months to spare and NOBODY could make headway with the prosecutor he was able to. For the first time we felt hope in this horrible nightmare of trying to prove my husbands innocence. Bryd was very strategic and made some good power moves at the right time and other times sat back and was patient when it was needed. Attorney Byrd was absolutely outstanding in ending my son's Court Supervision case.
