I found C&H Auto when searching YouTube for truck bed covers that fit a RAM 1500 with the multi-function tailgate. Their video was the first one to really explain the reasoning for the required brackets needed for ANY cover you install. Several other places I looked into basically told me I didn't need to keep the brackets and that seemed a bit "off" to me. When I called, I spoke with Joel who was great at answering all my questions about the different covers. I decided to make the three hour drive to C&H and have the BakFlip MX4 installed. Joel did a fantastic job with the installation and I would recommend C&H to anyone. Definitely well worth the drive!

I am from Houston, TX found these guys on YouTube and visited their shop in Margate FL. They have installed MX4 trifold bed cover on my 22 Tundra. The work they did was of the highest quality, Chris is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended these guys. My bed cover was perfect no spaces it’s like it was built from the factory.

We actually find this place from their YouTube channel, we were looking for a cover box on a truck that has a multifunctional tailgate, we are from Canada and nowhere here you be able to have such a great service, I made a call and John took the time to explain everything in details we have set an appointment and less than an hour the cover was installed, all the employees are super nice attentive and professional, they are experienced in their work, my brother wanted a hat from their boutique and Chris have give it for free to be honest it was an amazing experience we drove there, it was a long driver but totally worth it, there many things to visit and its really a nice place, we killed two rabbits at the same time and took advantage of their beautiful temperature and the beaches I absolutely recommend this place, the prices are very good the employees are very professional it's worth the drive I will make sure to pass the message to all Canadians you will not find better anywhere else

Chris and the team did an excellent job on my 2022 Silverado Black Widow. They treated me like family and answered all my questions. Install was flawless. I highly recommend them to others for all your truck accessories.

Like all Multifunction gate RAM owners, I was also stuck finding the right bed cover and getting it installed.

John at C&H Auto guided me with the selection process, delivered the cover in 2 days and also guided me with the modifications that had to be done to get the BakFlip MX4 installed.

The instructions with pictures were spot on and now I have a cover for my MFG Ram.

I ordered a retractable bed cover and the ordering process went smooth. When I received the bed cover there were two issues that needed to be addressed. The first one was the bed cover was damaged (large dent on the case) and missing screws. When I called C&H Auto Accessories about this I was told that I had to deal directly with the manufacturer. The second issue is that I was charged for and received a new bracket for a RAM 1500. My truck is not a RAM 1500. When I contacted them, I was asked to return the bracket and I would be refunded cost of the bracket plus shipping. When I texted them for the status of the refund, they refunded me for the bracket.

Updated after response: You received the the two stars because you included brackets that were not necessary for the installation on my truck, for what appears to be delays in the refund process and untimely communications.

While shopping for a truck, I watched several of Chris's videos to understand what sort of tonneau cover and storage options I would have with each model I was considering. The fact that he and his team have put such a wealth of information out on the internet is a testament to their commitment to taking care of people.

After I bought my truck, Chris and Dave knew exactly what would fit on my sub-model of truck and helped me consider the choices. I seriously considered driving from North Carolina to South Florida to have them install what I wanted, but I called and talked with Chris and he helped me evaluate whether I could do the work, and I decided to try it, knowing that he was there to back me up. He sent along pictures and videos of the modifications (to tonneau cover rails) that were necessary for my truck, and it went smoothly.

I'm sure there are several shops with comparable products between North Carolina and South Florida, but I'm thrilled I got to send a little business to Chris as thanks for his great videos and advice, and I got more out of the decision to go with C&H than they did, I'm sure.

I just got the Retrax ProXR tonneau cover installed on my 2022 Ford Raptor. The guys at C&H did a great job installing it. Guys out there who love their trucks and want a place who gives great service and have professionals touching your truck, go to C&H auto accessories. Thanks Chris and John.

I actually found this shop through a Ram Forum and was pleased to know they were right down the road. The guys are really top notch in both communication and professionalism. Placed my order, the part came in a couple of days later and they fit me right in for the install of my bed cover.

WARNING! I would recommend anyone stay away from this company.
Brought my vehicle to them to install light bars and other accessories. After my money was collected they stopped answering and returning calls. Chris, the owner and David, his assistant are both very unprofessional and not competent to perform quality work. Several wires were left dangling under my truck, other wires were balled up and left completely exposed in the engine bay. Nothing about this install was clean and professional like you would expect any shop to perform at the very least. My lights never worked properly after having brought the truck back over 6 times. The horn did not work. Ultimately they ended up sending me to a different shop in order to get everything fixed and then made me pay for this install with the new shop, even though I had already paid in full C & H Auto Accessories for the work and they have a 1 year warranty. I still was left needing to pay another company for the work without any refund from C & H Auto Accessories.
My advice for anyone would be to stay away and avoid this company. I am now having to bring them to court in order to get any restitution for a job that was never completed. Only thing they know how to do is take your money.

Your employee Jim was extremely rude to me! My review of your business remains the same. This was not an isolated event. I am not thecone that was ordered to use Intoxilock, it is my partner. I didn't mind spending the money for the calibration, then machine worked when I got to your business, you put it on machine to calibrate and it didn't work anymore. Wow! How dare you try to make me feel less because you are not a good businessman. If you don't like to service these machines end your contract with Intoxilock. I dropped them, just like I dropped you and guess what? No calibration on new machine. Guess you don't care for the truth. Have a great day and good luck! I'm spreading the news about you!
