C & J Towing, Longwood FL

My vehicle broke down about 11 miles from home. My Roadside Coverage said this company was the only one they could find to come, Received a call stating an ETA. Was then informed that they would take my vehicle but leave me behind to find my own way home. Where did they get the idea that it is acceptable to take the vehicle and the customers money but leave him or her behind?

Our company has used CJ's towing several times over yhe past year. They are always polite and on time. Our customers love them.

The owner was beyond rude today. Lied and said that I had to pay to get my things out of my vehicle and then when my husband asked just to clarify, told him that I didn't have to pay and that the door was unlocked already, when in fact it wasn't. She had an attitude from the moment we asked to see the vehicle. The place was run down, smelled of wet dogs and cigarette smoke. She didn't know anything when it came down to the price. AFTER we paid, she then told us that she was busy and would have to charge us for another day because she couldn't tow the vehicle to our house. Very unprofessional and disgustingly dirty. Please try and avoid this place. She doesn't deserve any business.

Otherwise known as Pritchett Towing. I now know why they need an alias. They were the rudest most unethical people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The business itself says it all, very run down. It's apparent the money they extort from unsuspecting victims must be used for something other than maintenance. I gave one star because I wasn't able to give less.

Horrible experience my husband had his car towed we ended up not needing it when we told the guy he cussed us out and drove his truck away with our car still hooked he ripped off our front bumper and dented the side never use them

Great service and i have gotten my car towed couple times by them and they treat me with good service.
