Made an appointment online and when I got there they said they don’t do appointments anymore on line that was shut down. I showed him it was still on there and he basically said he couldn’t do it until later in the day. Even though 2 technicians were sitting at their booths on their phones.

Never had a problem with the service. I’ve gone to one other nail place in cape and won’t return because of the quality. When I went today they took me right in with no wait. I’m 9 months pregnant and made the mistake of getting my nails done for labor, not realizing how much the smell would bother me. I got really dizzy but the nail techs were extremely nice, allowing me to step out and got me water. My nails always last for weeks and I’ve never had a problem with them breaking off. The pricing is very reasonable. The male tech does the best job in my opinion, but the other techs I’ve gone to do good as well.

Should be 0 Stars! Customer service is horrible. Walked in to get pedicure. Signed in. I was next. There was a tech in the real of shop the whole time. Nobody even acknowledged me being there. After 30 mins a lady came in to get her nails cut and the tech in the back came and took care of her! Never again! Avoid at all costs. Too many nail shops around to get this kind of service.

Horrible service. The past few times I visited this location I have not been satisfied with my nails. Danny was constantly on his phone the whole time texting and looking at Facebook while he was working on my nails. I asked him to shorten my nails and he said, "later ". He never shortened my nails and the paint job was so rushed and uneven. The color samples are so old that you don't actually get the color you choose. I have been coming here for awhile, but it's time to find a new place. Never again will I visit this loca6.

Not going back. Old run down interior. Had a Gel manicure & pedicure. Chipped within 3 days! $70 down the drain. Wont go back.

Horrible. 45 dollars for a request they had no clue how to do.gel wouldn’t cure under UV light.clumpy thick chunky nails. I want to say thanks so much for being so patient with my screaming child! But not satisfied and very sad to have wasted 70$ hard earned dollars for unsatisfactory nails. I pay good money for my nails I should feel happy. I feel like crying. Unacceptable. Like I said they are very nice but highly unsatisfied with my nails. Never going back. I can’t believe I just wasted 70$ dollars!

Did my nails today for when I go to Puerto Rico and they turned out amazing! I totally recommend. Staff is also nice.

It doesnt even deserve one star. Racist as hell. I wanted to curse and cry at the same time. I was only minority customer in at the time they made me and my guest pay before seating or receiving any service, while all other customers that came in before or after werent asked to pay until after they received their service. They showed no shame or care, one customer that came before us apologized to me, i was embarrassed and it was our first time there. I paid and left didnt even want to let my nails dry, it was the only salon open on sunday at that time. Never will i refer a customer or go again.

I love this place. I come at least 2 or 3 times a month for eyebrow wax, eyelash extensions, pedicure or manicure. They r super friendly and take appointments. Love them.

I got this one guys he gave me the wrong pattern and shape for my nail. Was very rude did not him. I like the rest of them just not him I say fire him

Great nail salon. Very clean. Incredibly affordable. Great staff, they are very friendly. This is the only nail salon I will go to!

Went there yesterday to get my fill. The guy sitting behind the owner had alcohol on his breath. I told him that I did not want my nails cut short and he cut them anyway, I have a couple of burns where he drilled my skin instead of my nails. Woke up this morning and my nail polish is peeling. I will never go back there.

I would never go back. There were ants everywhere and when I pointed them out they said yes, they come in from outside. The place is NOT sanitary at all!

Have been going there for over five years.has always been just an ok job.the girls there seem to have attitudes. I went there today for the LAST time because the girl doing my pedicure was obvously in a bad mood and was literally fighting with me over every little thing I said. I was walking on eggshells and was afraid to even open my mouth in fear of her repercussion.which is no way to have to feel when you are paying to pamper yourself. I said something to the Owner Daniel as I was checking out and he actually stuck up for her and started yelling at me in front of other customers when he didn't even know what had happened. Horrible customer service and a horrible pedicure today too.they are always in such a hurry to get you out. Daniel was saying "hurry hurry" to the girls while I was waiting! Another thing is that they always all talk in Vietnamese about you and everyone else then giggle to themselves.really? ! Like we don't know what they are doing? ! There is a great new place next to Hana in the Publix plaza I went to once and they did a great job. That's where I will be going from now on!

Love everyone in there. Great customer service. I'd recommend everyone try it and you will keep going back

If the man in the front knew how to sit down and actually focus on your nails like you’re supposed to do rather than getting up every 2 minutes for something else, maybe they would be a better place.
Someone also needs to remind these people that maybe cleaning up a bit will bring them better tips and reviews.
Disgusting is all I have to say.

They sat me down super quick and my nails look great. The service was also really good, I totally recommend this place it has good prices too I got a full set and it was only $25. Very good place, really recommend it.

I would go here to get my nails done with Lisa. She is the best! I only trust her to do my nails because she always does a great. Now she has her own salon "Lisa Nails" in fort Myers so I go there. I definitely recommend checking her out!

They do really good work on your nails and your feet and I do highly recommend this place they do a wonderful job
