The most frustrating place ever. Made an appointment at 8: 40am, arrived at 8: 30am, still waiting now at 9: 30am and was simply told to continue waiting

Greeted by a staff of living Angels the guard first as I entered. So polite and helpful. The whole staff were kind, polite, caring and helpful. It's like they hold your hand from beginning until the end informing me of the process and helping with paperwork. They made me feel as if I were their one and only most important patient. The place was clean and the staff acted as if they were all one big happy family. God sent. Best experience. Made my day.

This clinic used to be top notch. Great care, great doctors and staff very helpful. I would no longer recommend them. In my book they went from a 10 to a 1. Sad to say this, but true.

Mom, 91 and with memory loss, answered one of those countless ads on TV for medicare benefits, of which she had premium care already. We were assigned a physician at Delray C L Brumack. Despite leaving several messages to initiate care, nobody ever returned our call. We switch back to Humana. I, being treated for Bipolar, had discarded an old dose of medications after experience Kidney issues. After trying to renew the prescription at a different dose, the one and only call I got was from pharmacy who said they would not refill. Despite countless attempts to contact my physician and being given disconnected numbers, I did not get a call from my doctor. I went to the emergency room when my symptom of bipolar became unmanageable. My siblings continued to try and make contact on my behalf. I left the hospital with 7 pills and $1000 bill.

Basically what all the other reviews have stated. Terrible place to go to especially coming from a medical background and knowing how a doctors office should conduct itself. No use trying to get an explanation from them either they'll just tell you that it's your fault or if they don't call for a tele appointment blame your phone. The last time this happened I literally had to drive to the office to speak with someone and their response was basically we tried to reach out but no voice-mail was left and no missed call.

Literally despise having to go here and can't wait to switch clinics.

I have been treated very nice. I like the the staff. They make me feel very comfortable there. They smile every time I go there. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinic for everything.

They don’t answer the phones I almost died and I had to sit outside in the heat VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I COULDNT LOST MY LIFE they couldn’t care and anyone seeing this avoid westboca medical center at all cost go to northwest

Avoid this place at all costs! C. L. Brumback is the most INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL group. I needed a referral for a cardiologist and was assured by 3 separate staff members that my referral had been faxed a week before my scheduled appt. The day before my appt.my cardiologist called to say they still had not received my referral. Spoke to CHRISTINE at C. L. Brumback who told me the referral was sent to the wrong doctor! She told me it would take another 7-14 business days to get a new referral. When I started to complain, she promptly hung up on me. I nearly went into cardiac arrest dealing with these people. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! It’s a clinic.you get what you pay for.

I had to change clinic, the Dr Claudia Montenegro was very rude on my first visit.
I decide give another chance and see the clinic again for second physical appointment and I had an appointment 10: 15am, they told me to get there at 10am. When I got there they told me to wait in the car because COVID-19 and they will call me when ready to see me.
30 min later call me and told me to seat with other patients on waiting room. Make no sense
After waiting more 40 minutes they call me inside
And told me I had to waiting to almos 2 hours more because the Dr was behind and showed me a room with full other people. Really 3 hours to wait for a physical? Why wait in the car? After was okay seating with other patients?
No way. I left and I will plan never return in the
Brumback clínica again

This place is the worst medical treatment I have ever had, attitudes everywhere, lack of professionalism, Ive had 3 different doctors in a year and a half and still havent gotten the proper testing and treatment for several of my ailments.they do the very basic and nothing more
