C Mark's Auto Repair, Fort Myers FL

Appointment time was at 8am. 3 people walked in after me and left before I did. Currently, it's been 3 whole hours that I've been at this joint and when I asked for a time, I was told "I don't know. " My car was supposed to go to the Kia shop, but they told me to go here since my car is 'too old'. This was a horrible reference and I would not recommend going here. There are better places in Fort Myers.

So glad I was recommended this amazing mechanic shop by my car dealership. Very friendly, great staff and Keith and Mark took great care of me and my car. I will definitely be recommending them and taking both of my vehicles back to them for scheduled maintenance and any needed repairs. Thank you again guys!

Fantastic auto repair shop! Our van died while we were on vacation. We had it towed to Mark's and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and take great care of us. Would definitely recommend them to everyone in the Ft. Myers / Ft. Myers Beach area.

They are caring, fair and are customer satisfaction oriented.
This is a busy shop with well trained technicians.

I just toss them my keys and say fix whatever is wrong. Don’t need a quote because there price us always fair and there quality is as good as humans can do it.

I don't recommend this auto repair shop. I had my truck towed.after 1 week, I was still waiting.they say one thing and do nothing.not trustwrothy. I called Monday after poor customer service paid the fee charged for service.not sure what for.and towed my truck to another auto repair shop.

Mark and his staff are incredible and practice business with the public in a way that not seen anymore. Every business should act and be what C Mark's is

My wife and I travel with our motorhome and our vehicle. We heard a noise in the front end of our vehicle and asked
some friends who we can go to. They recommended Cmark. I called and made an appointment for the next morning. We arrived at 8 a.m. And by 8: 15 someone was looking at our vehicle. After 45 minutes and two test drives they came back to tell us everything they checked and they found nothing wrong with our vehicle at all. I ask them how much for the diagnostic service and they said nothing bring it back when there's a real problem. Traveling extensively as we do it is hard to find reputable Services when it comes to Car Care. They could have charged us $200 just for the diagnostic but instead chose to give it to us for free. Now I know when I'm traveling in South Florida this is going to be the only place I go to. Even if it's a ride it's worth it to get honest reputable service.

I think C Mark’s is a great place to get your vehicle fixed. I was referred to them from the car dealer, for warranty work years ago, and have never gone back. The wait is a little long sometimes in season but that is because they are trustworthy and have earned the business of many. I would say that C Mark’s stands for old fashioned service, stands behind their work and their prices are fair. It is nice to have a mechanic that you can trust.

I did not receive the best in customer service. After making a morning appointment with this shop, they said they did not have enough time to inspect my vehicle although it was parked in a different spot from where I had left it.

Dropped in without appointment to get screw removed from a tire and tire plugged. Short wait, repaired in 10 minutes, balance pressures in all 4 tires, collected $5 and I was on my way!

Great mechanics who know what they are doing. My company gets its whole fleet here for maintenance, and major repairs

Mark is a straight up business man who won't sell you anything you don't need. As honest as you will find in this town
