I have been using this company for ten years (since I moved to Pompano) and have had one issue, which they promptly fixed for me. Good people. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and the prices are great.

I was having problems with my washer, they came to my house promptly to fix the issue. The first visit was to diagnose and order parts, next day was installing. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Price was fair and job done right. Definitely recommend them and will be using in the future as needed.

Scam Company. They came out to fix my dryer charged me over 100 dollars. Promised I was given a month "warranty" next day the dryer broke again. I was charged an additional 50 dollars. Company would not honor warranty. Do not use. Stay away.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My landlord used this company to fix the refrigerator that was freezing everything inside of it. This company came out on three different occasions in a 3 week period and here I am still with a frozen fridge. They “replaced” the broken part twice or so they say they did. Every time they came it was a 10 min visit with no clear communication from their techs. Now that my landlord has agreed to replace the fridge, Mya (who answers the phone) lied to me by saying they sent pictures to my landlord to choose from. When I follow up the next day, nothing has been done. I normally do not rate companies because I am usually very understanding but it’s been 4 weeks now and a very frustrating experience with this company.

I just wanted to let people know what great service the folks at C % S Appliance give. I have used them several times and each time they are on time, could not be any nicer and their work is great. Thanks Michael.

If there was six stars I will be given to Sergio Appliances.
I own various residents in the area, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach and
Pompano.
Every time one of my tenants has a electric appliance problem, i.e.
washer, dryers, dish washer I will call Sergio Appliances office.
Immediately, they will send a technician and will perform whatever it is needed to solve the problem.
Sergio, his wife and assistants are always there to help.
I am glad I use this company.
I will recommend this company to any homeowner.

This company is horrible, I have been without a fridge since Monday, got to them Tuesday, and it’s currently Friday, we’ve been told that they have to “look” for a fridge! I’ve called everyday since Monday and was only called or given information ONCE, finally when I called today the lady (MYA) who is supposedly the only phone handler knew nothing about an update on our fridge and could not give us a date to when we would get our fridge, then after asking for someone else to speak to, she hung up the phone, run from here if you want fast, efficient and good customer service.

They were very prompt and knowledgeable about my refrigerator repair. The gentlemen were courteous and the price was fair. They wore the proper Covid protective gear and even foot coverings so as not to track. I would highly recommend them.

I am writing this review for my elderly parents. They contacted C&S because their dishwasher "wasn't cleaning good enough". The technician came for $45 to diagnose the issue which he said was a heat sensor. He came back a few days later with part and that was not the problem. Then he couldn't even put the dishwasher back together so he left the door off. This is obviously worth a bad review since it was a misdiagnoses as well as a tech that didn't know how to put something back together. A complete waste of time that costed my parents $45. I do not recommend this company.
