DONT EVERRRRRRRRR COME HERE! Appt at 7 am it’s 4 pm still waiting on a green light. They only had 6 pallets. Waste of my day and I had to cancel a load

If this place could of get zero stars. I would of did that. Held up for more than 3 hours just to enter the premises. It ain’t got no drivers lounge and the guards don’t care about anything you have to say. Wasted day at this place for sure

Terrible experience. Checked in around midnight with the security who was eating entire time and talking with mouth full of food. Hard to understand any words. Appt was for 8am.
Called at 10am to move to door.
At noon still green light.
13: 00 unloading process.
This’s unprofessional, slow, disrespectful to us and our time. Shame on you guys - thiss not the way to run this business.
Avoid deliveries here. No loads after.
Only one star for overnight parking.
NO RESTROOMS FOR DRIVERS WHO SPENT HERE NIGHT, DAY OR TWO DAYS MAYBE. Inhuman conditions with hot and humid weather.

No Respect to drivers or companies, simple respect to another human person seating inside truck without restroom.
This kind of treatment is because we the drivers allow this cuz if we all don’t come here and cancel load when we see this address I’m sure this people need to change their way to do the things.

This place pretty much just sucks. The only good things are
1) large staging area with a good amount of parking available for overnight.
2) the lot is large enough to back your door with little to no issues.

Other than that all of the people I interacted with were rude. We were there for 7 hours for half a trailer of product.

Waited in line to check in well before my appointment at 8am Waited in truck for 3 hours before I was called and told the guard input my info into system wrong. Took close to 3 hours to unload, then come to find out they left a pallet of produce and trash on the trailer and have been waiting 3 hours now to figure out what needs to be done. It’s now 5: 15pm

Park in staging area, schlep down to guard shack, fill out gate pass. Wait. Give paperwork to guard. Wait. Schlep back to truck. Wait. Get called to door. Back in. Schlep to mailbox and drop paperwork. Schlep back to truck. Wait. Get called when unloaded, paperwork in trailer. The only difference here is when all the waiting runs you out of hours, you can park in staging. Oh and no bathroom.

The only reason they get one star is the overnight parking. If I was the warehouse manager I’d fire everyone in the receiving dept for theft of time. There is absolutely no reason that there 6 am appt are not getting unloaded until the afternoon other than poor management and employees. Pack breakfast lunch and dinner drivers that’s how long you will be here

Total dump, they waste your time, 8 am appt, now it’s 1: 10 pm, been in the dock door for 3 hours, no movement. Talked to another driver, he just got unloaded at 1 pm, 6 am appointment. Don’t come here, you’ll lose your next load.

The security entrance staff are hateful and without criteria to attend to people. They believe that drivers are animals and treat them in a bad way. They don't mind doing their job well. And they are also racist. They have a lot of disorganization and lack of attention.

This place is horrible and unorganized and very unprofessional. This is unacceptable. I had 8am appointment it is now 1220 and still not in a door. This is pure foolishness

Appt at 09: 00. Checked in at 08: 40, got called for a door at 11: 24 and I’m still here staring at a red light at 16: 30. Ridiculous

I was hoping the rumors weren’t true but they are. This place will hold you hostage half a day. DO NOT PRE BOOK; unless you have a 24hr shipper. Appointment at 10. In at 10: 45. After 2 pm till here.

No problems. Follow instructions and they will get you in and out. Large overnight parking area. Guard at the gate patient and informative. Nice staff in receiving.

Why does it take five hours to unload a kraft order? Not only that but are the forklift guys trying to see how fast they can fly inside the trailer? They are so rough I feel the shock waves from trailer sitting next to me. Anyhoo it is what it is. I guess it's all about what you got to deliver. Plus side over night parking but don't be late or u will reschedule. Bathroom by check-in and port-a-potty by where dock. Oh and a ton space for easy backing.

The appointment was for 0600 on 12 February 2023. I arrived at the location on 11 February 2023 and checked in at 1630 with the guard house. They said receiving would call me at 0600. Nope they didn't call until 0656. Once in door 103 I thought it might go fast. Nope Still not unloaded and it has been 6 hours past my appointment. It does not take 6 hours to unload a bleeping truck. This is bullcrap and places like these need new leadership who will hold people accountable for their laziness and ineptitude.

This is worse place I came last night 11: 00 pm to 06: 00 am appointment 1-24-23 I got door 07: 44 AM and still at door they made me loose my other pre-load it’s becoming habit to delivery DC like this to make more difficult for truck drivers loose unnecessary time in there locations at least make first come service don’t give delivery appointment that you don’t fallow

I had a good experience no complaints. Arrived three hours before appointment. Receive the door an hour and a half before my appointment.
